About: I have grown up with animals. For as long as I can remember we owned some type of animal, from fish to goats. We owned them. We always visited my families farms there were cows, horses, pigs and DOGS! I loved the dogs. The dogs and horses were my favorite parts! I was lucky enough to live on my aunts horse farm for a few years and help with the rescue pups that she would foster. She has taught me a lot about working with dogs as well as other animals and how to work with them together and being around each other. I have been dog sitting/boarding for a 10 years now. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
