“Morgan was amazing! She sent updates on when she got to our dog, and sent photos after their walk. She also sent super specific updates on what they did, which was really nice! Will definitely be reaching out again soon :)”

About: I currently have two cats and two dogs that I absolutely adore and consider part of the family. I've also pet sat for family friends and have experience caring for pets with different needs and personalities. After caring for a sick fur baby of my own, I'm comfortable giving medications and helping pets who need a little extra attention or medical care. I understand how important it is to know your pets are in good hands, and I’ll always treat them with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own. ❤️ I’m currently a full-time college student completing my classes online, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. Because I can plan my coursework around my commitments, I’m able to be dependable and accommodate a wide range of pet care needs. I’m more than happy to provide in-home visits to care for your precious pets. Before any visits begin, I like to meet with families to discuss any questions, concerns, or special care instructions. It’s also a great opportunity for your pets to get comfortable with me and for us to make sure we’re a good fit. My goal is to help both you and your pets feel safe, confident, and at ease while you're away.
“So happy to have found Lily! She is amazing with my dogs! I really appreciate that she wants to get to know your pet and their specific needs, very loving and caring.Thank you Lily you’re a true gem!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for friends and family for about 14 years. I started off helping my older sisters. I have dogs, cats and a ball python at home. I had a bearded dragon that recently passed. I’ve also house sat and watch horses, goats, ducks and chickens for about 7 years. Message me with any questions. At the moment I’m very flexible because I’m not working. I’m in online school and have a baby (born June 2025) that will be coming with me. Send me a message and I’d love to talk and see if I’d be a good fit. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats in my home, as well as a ball python. I have a fenced in backyard and have a baby born June of 2025.

About: I’ve been around all kinds of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember! I work better with medium sized dogs due to my own physical size, and I am really great with pregnant cats!! I’m currently in school from 7-12, so i’m extremely flexible throughout the afternoon and have lots of spare time to spend caring for your pets! I try not to crate dogs, I love going on walks and it’s always amazing to have a buddy with me, and I’m always up to play! But I would also love to just cuddle with them! I would feed them on a schedule (just give me the times), and take them on a walk about 30 minutes to an hour later for potty time.
“Highly recommend! We use Josh for dog walks and couldn’t be happier. Our dogs LOVE Josh and so do we. He is extremely dependable, an amazing communicator, and treats our girls like their one of his own. One of our girls can be very reactive towards other dogs while on walks and Josh took the time to help with this. He was even able to include one of his dogs on a walk with our reactive pup after some training. The walk went great and we can see such a difference in our girls behavior for the better! We truly couldn’t ask for better care for our girls. 10/10!”

About: Enjoy walking on the trail and would love to walk dogs. Have access to a fenced yard so the dogs will be safe to play and have fun. I am not working at the moment. Will be available to walk and also to board at home. Can also pet sit in the owner's home Access to a fenced yard. Don't own any pets at the moment, so my apartment is safe and ready to board your pets if needed

“Melanie was great with Beau very dependable and on time with his schedule! This was a first time using Rover and we were very happy with Melanie’s services! Thank you Melanie!”

“Olivia has been such a blessing to help break up the day for my newly rescued pup, Woody. She is kind, patient, friendly, responsive and is a great communicator. She takes her time with Woody never seemingly rushing or overwhelming him. She takes his ques when he’s anxious on walks and wants to return home pivoting to a play session out back or inside with his toys and giving me a debriefing. I was anxious about utility Roover at first with some friends poor experiences. My anxiety quickly disappeared after a brief FaceTime to connect prior to Woodys first walk. Woody and I certainly got lucky with finding Olivia to be apart of our days/weeks. Thank you Olivia for being you, we are truly grateful for you.”

“Simone has been walking our German Shepherd, Maui for the past couple of weeks. During her meet and greet visit, she proved to be kind and thoughtful with Maui taking to her right away. Simone is knowledgeable and experienced in handling dogs so I felt comfortable with her right away. Maui enjoys her walks and I feel confident in leaving her under Simone's care. I feel fortunate to have discovered Simone during my search for a dog sitter. She's a lovely person who loves animals and it shows. Thank you, Simone!!!!”

“Kendall was great! She not only sent us a picture of our happy little pup but gave us details about her visit and what our dog did and didn’t do! She followed all the directions we gave her including our new training techniques. We will definitely be using her again!”
About: *Note: My twin also works on Rover and my availability is based on her's so that we can make sure our own animals are cared for. I have had animals my entire life - primarily cats, but I have also had dogs, chickens, goats, rats, a chinchilla, fish, rabbits, and currently have a parrot. I have provided some basic care for horses and other farm animals as well. In high school, for Junior and Senior year I took the Veterinary Sciences courses at Alvirne High School in Hudson as an elective which gave me education in animal care, anatomy, and health along side my years of hands-on experience. I have also had to provide care for special needs animals from having to give oral and topical medications and shots (primarily insulin for diabetic animals) to higher needs round-the-clock care, wound care (to aid healing and prevent infection after initial vet consultations), etc. Outside of my own animals, I have also unofficially provided animal sitting for friends and family since high school. When people who know my personally are planning travel, I tend to be the first they ask when they are figuring out care for their animals. I have a full time Monday-Friday job that is primarily work from home, however I am expected to be in office usually once a week. This does give me the flexibility to provide care during the day most week days but animals may need to be left alone for a few hours at a time depending on what is required of my job. For weekends and evenings, I may have other commitments but my first priority is making sure the animals are getting the best level care that they deserve and require and will communicate any potential schedule conflicts in advance. I am committed to the safety and well-being of any animals entrusted to my care and will work with their family to make sure I understand clearly what their needs are in advance. Base Needs: I will need to know in detail what the specific animal's needs are so I can provide for them appropriately. This includes feeding schedules and amounts, supplements, medications, walking schedules, etc. Security and safety: I will ask for a veterinary emergency contact in the event of any emergency. While I hope this is never a necessity, I do think it's essential to have on hand just in case. I will also need to know any considerations for the animals' safety concerns such as if there are indoor only cats, if the dog needs regular walks but is not good around other dogs, if there are free-range chickens that need to be secured at night, etc. Enrichment and connection: All animals have different levels of need in terms of social engagement. I will need to know how your animal(s) operate and what level they need. It is important for me that the animal(s) feel comfortable with me so I will work to bond with them so I can provide a higher level of emotional care as needed. If an animal is high anxiety and/or prone to destructive behavior, I will need to know this in advance so we can discuss care solutions and options or safety controls. Hygiene: I work to ensure that the animals I care for are kept in clean and hygienic conditions so I will regularly clean cat boxes, enclosures, etc. as needed. I will need to know where supplies are stored and expected waste disposal (such as in a waste bin outside or the garage). I will also clean up after myself, take care my dishes, trash, etc. so that you can rest assured that I am being respectful of your home. Communication: Open communication is critical to a successful working relationship. If anything happens or comes up, I will inform you. If I have questions, I would like to be able to contact you or a proxy / stand-in if you are unavailable. Emergency contacts for pets for sure but also if there is a family member or close friend nearby.
About: Hi there! Trusting someone with your fur baby isn’t easy—and it shouldn’t be. Every pet deserves individualized care, patience, kindness, and most of all, genuine love. With over 7 years of hands-on animal care experience, you can feel confident you’ve found someone who truly understands that. I started at just 14 as a zookeeper’s aide in Boston, and have since spent years dog walking and pet sitting throughout the Greater Boston area. I’ve recently relocated to New Hampshire and am so excited to meet some new furry friends! Whether it’s a peaceful walk, playtime, or just giving your pet the attention they deserve, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. Let’s get started—your pup is already dreaming of fresh air, paws in the grass, and a few well-earned treats I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to focus on your pet’s needs. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting throughout the week, with more open availability in the afternoons and on weekends. I’m happy to work with your schedule and make sure your pet gets consistent, reliable care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I have one dog and two cats at home, and I maintain a calm, structured environment. My dog is on the more sensitive side, which has made me especially attentive to reading behavior, body language, and creating a low-stress atmosphere for every pet in my care. I take introductions slowly and thoughtfully, and I’m always able to separate pets when needed to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I focus more on structured, engaging walks rather than free roaming. All outdoor time is closely supervised and secure, giving your dog both physical exercise and mental stimulation in a safe, controlled way. I’m also happy to crate if that’s part of your dog’s routine and will follow your care instructions closely to keep things consistent and stress-free.
“Lindsay was fantastic! I will continue to use her in the future when I need a dog walker/pet sitter. She is responsive, attentive and even brought in my packages that were left at my door. I highly recommend Lindsay.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - South Hooksett
Charlene was so incredible to have helping me out – pretty last minute – with my pups and kitty. She communicated wonderfully and adapted to many changes that came up. One of our pups gets extremely anxious and with mommy gone & his brother injured, it was worse than normal. When the dog walks were doing him more harm than good, she pivoted and did some playtime with him at home instead. ❤️ My MIL, who was staying at the house, really raved about her & said how amazing she was with all of them, taking time to really love on all of them every day. I would absolutely ask Charlene to come back!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
