About: Hi! Welcome! I’m Amanda — and I’m so excited to share a little bit about myself and my love for animals! I am home 7 days out of the weeks so I can prioritize the fur babies!! First and foremost: your pet will always come first with me. Their comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities. And just to be clear — my own dog will not be involved in any services I provide. She has her own daycare and training, so all of my attention is fully on your fur baby. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, and that passion only grew stronger over the years. Right out of high school, I worked at a doggy daycare for two years, and I absolutely loved every single day of it. Since then, I’ve cared for countless family and friends’ pets, and a year ago I brought home my first dog as an adult — and she changed everything. At home, I have a one-year-old black lab named Wednesday, who has more energy than the whole world combined! She’s taught me patience, unconditional love, and what true companionship really means. And then there are my two cats, Lola and Nala — both sassy, dramatic, and extremely affectionate (especially when food is involved!). My home is full of fur, joy, and personality, and it truly gives me the best life I could ask for. I genuinely believe animals have the magic to heal a broken heart, brighten the darkest days, and bring out the best in us. I can’t wait to meet your pet and give them all the love, care, and attention they deserve! I am willing to take a client last minute I’m very flexible! About: I am a lover of all animals. I have owned and lived with dogs for over 15+ years and cats for 20+ years. I have also worked for a dog rescue in which I resided with at least 20 dogs daily. I understand the love and care that animals need and strive for! I have an 11 year old and 4 year old, in which I have 1 full time and the other split custody, so please be aware that there will always be at least one small child present! I live in an apartment in a house with plenty of room to roam! We are on the second floor, so we do have stairs, just incase your pet has an issue with them. I look forward to meeting your pets and having some fun! Please feel free to ask any questions you may have! I work from home so I only usually have to leave to either pick up the kids or run errands! I am available all day to attend to your loved ones! “Roxie was awesome. We had a meet and greet prior to hiring her. At that meeting I found her to be knowledgeable and immediately felt comfortable with her. The day that we actually used her left us not quite "emotional" but a bit nervous as our pup is only 12 weeks and we have yet to leave him anywhere. She texted us photos of our little guy during his stay and totally put our minds at ease. The photos showed our little guy having a FABulous time! I think we were getting a little bummed as he clearly did not seem to be missing us!!! We plan to hire again and would certainly recommend her. BTW - Her property is completely fenced in and of decent size for the dogs to run around in. The grounds were clean and the property reflected a homeowner that is responsible and cares. About: I always loved and had dogs. Until I had a small size dog I have realized that leaving them at home is very heartbreaking. I have a 12year old Maltese girl. I always looked for someone to take care of her when I was not available. Now, I want to be that person for your little precious ones. I can be their companion when you are not available. I can maintain the same standards you provide as much as I can. Little ones have access to my couch, bed, lap as long as they want or I have different types of beddings around my apartment if they feel like being alone. (My dog is very independent, sometimes she prefers sleeping alone.) They won't be alone for a long time. Maybe just a short period of time such as grocery visit, I have a camera at my home so I can monitor how they are doing. Looking forward to meet them soon! ❤️ I’m currently studying and working from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pups in my care. We usually have two long walks and one shorter outing each day. On weekends, we enjoy exploring nearby parks and spending extra time outdoors.
