“Andrea was absolutely wonderful! She stayed with our three dogs for three nights / four full days, and it was clear from the start how patient and loving she was with our boys. Two of our dogs are older and require frequent potty breaks and medication, and Andrea handled all their needs with so much care. She was especially loving and attentive to one of our older boys, who was having a really difficult time with us being away. Andrea stayed in close communication throughout our trip, sending regular updates, pictures, and videos. It was obvious that the dogs were comfortable, happy, and having a blast playing with her! We returned to a house that was clean and exactly as we had left it. Stephanie is GREAT! My dogs love her and she is so competant yet easy-going and flexible. She has great instincts with the pups and I can tell she returns their affection. At the end of our trip returning from California our flight was delayed and I was stressing about the dogs -- originally the flight was supposed to land at 9:00 but it had a 4 hour delay. Stephanie offered to stay until we wer home, which would have been 2:00 am, and eased my mind by offering to stay another night if it was delayed further. In the end I asked her to stay until 11:00 and let them out one more timebefore she left, which she did completely graciously. She even thought to give Molly her bedtime medicine before she left and let me know that. Can't recommend Stephanie highly enough, even though I'd like to keep her just for us.
Lily stayed at our house for a long weekend to watch our two dogs, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly communicative throughout the stay, keeping us updated and making us feel totally at ease while we were away. She was also extremely easy to work with from start to finish. When we returned home, the house was exactly the way we left it, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, our dogs were clearly happy and well cared for.
