Dog savvy sitter/walker
I’ve owned and worked with dogs all my life. I have worked with many different types of dogs including Pomeranians, Huskies, Great Pyrenees, Springer Spaniels, Golden Retrievers and Australian Shepherds. I love dogs and dogs love me! I previously worked at a pet store and I know a lot about dogs and all types of pets. I am also very used to working with puppies, it’s always been one of my favorite periods in a dogs life and not just because they’re cute and tiny! I love working on training puppies and seeing them figure things out. A lot of shy dogs tend to be a little more comfortable around me and I am good at working with anxious dogs. That said I am not a fan of aggressive dogs or large dogs that excessively pull their leash (I am small! Not strong enough).

The care I provide is based on the needs of each pup and their parents, I do like to provide photos no matter what because I love taking pictures of every pup. I’ve administered medications before, I’ll take pups for walks as required and monitor if they seem to need any additional time outside, I’ll feed pups according to their schedule and suggested portion size.

Elly was awesome! Her communication was excellent—she kept us updated regularly with great pictures. While we were away, she took wonderful care of our home and, most importantly, our pup. It gave us real peace of mind knowing everything was in such good hands. We came home to a happy dog and a well-kept house, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

Elly helped us out in a pinch with our dog, Mike - she came over for a meet and greet prior to and Mike was obviously comfortable with her from the time she walked in. She sent regular photo and text updates and was very clean and conscientious. 100% would recommend Elly for dog and house sitting!
One of the best sitters out there!! Gave me so may updates and was finally able to relax on my vacation knowing my boys were taken care of.

Elly did a great job taking care of Remus! She brought her small sweet dog Penelope during the house stay, which went great! Remus and Penelope got along great! Will definitely use Elly again in the future!

Schedule
I work M-F 8 hours a day. I am available in the evenings on weekdays or for pets that can be alone during the workday, and I am free on weekends.
