About: I've taken care of my and other's dogs and animals since age 10. I am a sizeable male who can handle larger breeds of dogs with pulling issues etc. From tall to small I teach for all. I care for my three dogs and daughter's cat 7 days a week, including feeding, medicating, providing mental and physical stimulation (play and training). I take my dogs out multiple times a day while home. We play together often and work on some type of training for at least fifteen minutes a day.

About: Former vet tech currently working on becoming a dog training and would love to help you in making sure your fur baby is as happy as can be when you need! In school to become a dog trainer with a strong foundation in fear free and positive reinforcement training so a lot of my time is around observing and playing with dogs. About: Pet Care Experience — From Horses to Cats to Dogs My life with animals began long before it became a profession. At 14 years old, I started caring for horses — feeding, grooming, riding, exercising, and treating them as family. Horses taught me early lessons in patience, responsibility, and the importance of daily, consistent care. By 16, that passion grew into the dog world when I had the opportunity to be mentored by a close friend who was a Police K9 handler. That mentorship changed my life and set me on a path that would define my career. I began training at a K9 school in my hometown in New Hampshire, where I learned the foundations of K9 behavior, obedience, care, and handling of working dogs. I poured everything I had into learning the craft. After a year of dedicated internship and training, I taught my first class at just 17 years old. From that moment, I knew this was more than a job — it was a calling. Over the years, my experience grew into becoming a Police K9 handler in New Hampshire, followed by serving as a trainer and instructor for the NH Police K9 Academy through the Working Dog Foundation. I worked daily with high-drive working dogs and their handlers, focusing on discipline, safety, trust, and performance in real-world environments. After completing my full-time police career, I continued my K9 journey overseas, spending eight years in the Middle East providing private K9 handling and instruction in support of Army operations and Private Security detachments. Working in demanding and high-stress conditions further refined my skills and reinforced the importance of calm leadership, consistency, and deep respect for the dogs that depend on us. At the same time, I never stopped helping everyday families with their pets. Training and caring for family dogs — from energetic puppies to older companions — has always been just as important to me as working with professional K9 teams. I believe every dog deserves structure, patience, and loving guidance so they can thrive as well-behaved members of the family. Alongside my deep dog experience, my connection to cats comes from being a devoted cat owner. My wife and I shared our home with two amazing cats for about eight years, caring for them daily and loving them as part of our family. Living with cats taught me to appreciate their unique personalities, their need for gentle handling, respect for space, and the importance of calm, consistent routines — especially in a home shared with dogs. While my background with cats is personal rather than professional, it comes from genuine love and hands-on care as a pet parent. About: I love all animals, from insects to horses and everything in between. I have experience taking care of rats, cats, and dogs to name a few. Your pet's age is also no problem as I have raised kittens and helped very elderly dogs. I have experience with medical and individual needs as well. If you need someone to help get your beloved family member some exercise or company, just let me know! I work remote so I am available anytime before 9 and anytime after 6:30. Occasionally, I am onsite and those days I am unavailable in the mornings and evenings till closer to 7:30 in the evening. Every Sunday I have full availability and same for most Saturdays. Sometimes I plan a small morning hike on the weekend, but I am also happy to bring furry friends along! I have no issues following specialized care plans such as medications, special foods, and specific routines. I try to follow every animal’s pace and body language so they feel comfortable and happy in my care. I am a slower person, so I do great with older or laid back pets, but I am happy to keep up with the more energetic ones as well!

About: Hello! For years now I have been taking jobs from friends and family and it has been one of the more rewarding things. Getting to know the animals and their personalities in order to best take care of them is something that I take real pride in. I have always grown up in a house of animals (i even lived on a farm) and so taking care of them is just second nature to me. I currently don’t have any fur babies of my own but between my best friends cats and my boyfriends dogs, I get by just fine :) I have experience in taking care of many different dogs d cat breeds, as well as animals with behavioral issues. Dogs and cats with behavioral issues are not off the table, I love all animals and am willing to give see if it’s a fit. My availability is a little more nuanced than rover allows, please message. I look forward to meeting you and your fuzzy friends! I currently work a 9-5 job, and have weekends off.I have full weekends off and am able to do overnights, however on Fridays I can’t make it before 5:45pm. For this reason I do require good communication about the needs of the animals. Weekdays are usually harder for me, but not off the table if the animals don’t require 24/7 attention, I am always open to chatting to see if i can meet your needs, so please feel free to reach out. When watching a pet (especially for the first time) I ask that you write a list for me of what they require daily. I have an ipad with a checklist that I will use to make sure that your pets are getting what they need everyday. I like to keep things organized in order to maintain routine to make sure that they are as comfortable while their owner is away. I am physically able to preform tasks like walks, fetch, general play with cats, and cuddling of course! If house sitting is also required I usually like to keep things tidy to make sure you’re returning to a clean house. Oh and I have a habit of baking so don’t be surprised if you come home to a tray of cookies!

About: I am a trusted dog/cat sitter for a little over 8 years for friends and family. I also have my own pup named Bella who is 10 years old. I thrive to expand my knowledge, meet more furry friends and take on more responsibility as a dog/cat sitter. I work at a financial institution (9-5), which allow me to have mornings and afternoons free. I get up early, to get the day started, let animals out or go for walks, and fresh food or water. I don't have a lot of space in my own apartment to have many animals. I do frequent many trails that I take Bella to! I have large dog park and long walking trail not far from me. Totally up to preference, it is important for your animal to be as comfortable as possible.

About: I am a veterinary technician at VCA CAVES, and my love to care for animals doesn’t stop when I am off the clock! I am CPR certified for animals, and I am confident I can care for your fur babies the way you would. I work 4 days a week caring for animals, come home and care for my own little doggy, and the remaining 3 days are spent doing school work, so I have time to spend loving on more dogs and cats! I believe in treating my pet as if she were part of the family, I don’t leave them outside in cold/hot weather, I keep them off hot asphalt, and apply safety whenever handling my own pet, and will treat yours with the utmost care and respect.
