About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I love getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. With over 7 years of experience in house and pet sitting, along with raising and training my own dogs from puppyhood and caring for newborn kittens, I’ve gained hands-on experience with pets of all needs. I’m attentive, patient, and reliable, treating every pet as if they were my own, whether they love long walks, playtime, or just some extra snuggles. I work part-time in the healthcare industry in Concord, NH, Monday through Thursday for 4–6 hours per day. I’m available all day Friday through Sunday and flexible with drop-in visits, walks, or overnight stays. I’m an experienced house sitter for two family friends on an ongoing basis and take privacy, respect, and safety very seriously. I’m very clean and make it a point to leave every home even better than I found it. I treat every home—and every pet—exactly as I would want someone to treat my own.
About: I have had the best experiences working in both animal shelters and animal hospitals learning so much about animal behavior, daily care needs/expectations, and am trained in providing basic medical care! I currently work full-time and have an amazing schedule that allows me to have 3 days off during the week! Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! I have availability to help you with your pup or cat! Depending on the health of your pet I will socialize and exercise your pet's body and mind and of course offer any snuggles that are welcomed. I love exercising animals as much as it is tolerated by them. I currently work per diem as a staff nurse in Lebanon NH which gives me a lot of flexibility to care for pets. I am happy to abide by your house rules and expectations for your pet(s). I enjoy walks to dog parks, trails, playing in fenced yards and practicing obedience and tricks!

Based on the pictures she sent, he looked happy and content on his walks.
