About: Truly one of the dog people! I currently have a part time, flexible job of over a year professionally working with dogs, that also gives me plenty of time to spend time with your pet. I’m very flexible and able to work with all of your dogs special wants and needs, and yours! I have tons of experience house-sitting and pet-sitting, I have fostered before and trained my own dogs. I have also taken care of diabetic animals while pet-sitting, and I am able to give medications if needed. I’m available 7 days a week to care for your pet overnight, and with only 5 hour shifts at work—the rest of the day would be spent with your animals. I am able to walk with your dog while you are away if requested. I’m currently only working part time to have more pet-care availability! I prioritize your household and animals, with loads of flexibility to meet your or your pet’s needs. I am available to do drop in services for bathroom breaks, public outings or walks (for well-mannered dogs only), time-sensitive medication administration, puppy care and training, or just hanging out inside of your home to keep them company. I am also experienced with pregnant dogs, nursing puppies, and whelping litters. I am adaptable to your household’s needs in terms of timing, cleaning, schedules and activities. About: I grew up on a farm and have experience with many different animals. My family has an Australian Cattle dog, along with a few cats and rabbits. I have pet sit for family friends in the past canning for dogs and other small animals. I’m a student at URI. My schedule is fairly relaxed this semester so I have free time to spend with your pets. My main ability is Friday - Monday. I may be able to do small jobs the other days. I have the ability to walk and pet sit. The place I rent has a no pet policy so I can’t brake pets to my home. I can take dogs on long walks.

Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! I have availability to help you with your pup or cat! Depending on the health of your pet I will socialize and exercise your pet's body and mind and of course offer any snuggles that are welcomed. I love exercising animals as much as it is tolerated by them. I currently work per diem as a staff nurse in Lebanon NH which gives me a lot of flexibility to care for pets. I am happy to abide by your house rules and expectations for your pet(s). I enjoy walks to dog parks, trails, playing in fenced yards and practicing obedience and tricks!

About: I have had the best experiences working in both animal shelters and animal hospitals learning so much about animal behavior, daily care needs/expectations, and am trained in providing basic medical care! I currently work full-time and have an amazing schedule that allows me to have 3 days off during the week! As I spend my work days promoting the lives of shelter pets, I look forward to spending time with owner pets too. At my home I have one small dog and a couple resident felines. The most important thing will be making sure both your pets and mine remain safe during the entire visit.

About: Since 2017, I have been the go to pet sitter for my sister's two cats. I absolutely love all animals and completely understand that leaving your furry loved ones is not easy for any length of time! I have two bunnies of my own and I am constantly checking our bunny camera no matter how long I am gone for. I also constantly volunteer to watch friends and coworkers pets. Am willing to feed, pet, play, walk, and change litter boxes! Am willing to take care of almost any animal with detailed instructions! Available weekends. I am also available Tuesday's and Wednesdays after 430PM. Would prefer 2-3 day notice of a job and 1 day cancellation notice! Thank you! My bunnies have their own room in my house. They have free reign of that room with an open cage they can access whenever with bedding, hay and litter boxes. They have access to clean water and hay 24/7. I clean their litter boxes every day and deep clean their room/cage once a week.

About: Everyone always asks me why dogs are so nice to me and quiet and I’m not really sure but I love all animals! So I hope you can trust me with yours! I work full time but after work I’m always available usually and on weekends. I’m very lenient towards everyone’s schedules so take your time! Don’t worry I will only be going to peoples homes to pet sit or walk because I live in an apartment that doesn’t allow dogs unfortunately maybe one day when I get my own house though!

About: I have taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. It started with my family dog, then taking care of all of my friends dogs and now having my own puppy. I have worked in multiple animal hospitals and have experience with many different breeds and sizes of dogs. I am currently going to school as a full-time student and have extra time where I’d love to care for animals if I can. With not many classes and an open schedule it should be very easy to fit daily walks in. At home I have a dog and constantly take him for walks and different places in order for him to get out of the house.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and have done house sitting for 4 years. I love doing this kind of stuff. I can walk them, go for walks all that fun stuff. Im doing babysitting right now but can house sit whenever and can be with the dogs/cats whenever. I am always free to take them out whenever needed. I will watch pets in your home and or/ stay in your home for house sitting overnight. I will keep them safe and follow any rules.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs all my life being hands on with caring for them properly! Because of that I had made sure to become a certified dog trainer, I’ve worked in multiple dog daycare’s professionally learning dog first aid and CPR & have a certification. I own my own dog walking/sitting company and decided to join rover. Treating dogs like my own is my biggest priority, nobody wants to go on vacation and stress their loved pet(s) at home aren’t enjoying themselves which is why I make sure to accommodate each pet’s individual needs! I’ve dealt with MANY breeds and temperaments. I’m confident in handling dogs in groups or pairs or just one itself 😁. I have open availability for potty breaks or long walks! I know of tons of woodsy trails with little to no people which is perfect for walks on and off throughout the day. I have a giant field next to my house and a 90ft long line so their is plenty of room to run! When I dog sit In the clients home I like to do “ Dog day trips” we go away from the house with a few toys and treats to explore a new walking path or field so they are distracted from the owners being gone. Hopefully the dog will become more comfortable with me and we can have more fun together the next time! If warm we will go to water!
