Most recently, she even took in our foster pup and provided invaluable feedback on how he did in a group setting and new environment with new stimuli. About: Hello! I have taken care of my own, family, and friends' animals for over 15 years and those in the community going on five years. I've worked with most breeds and ages. Size does not matter whether your best friend is 5Ibs or 150Ibs! I have a flexible schedule and can work with you on times. Whether it's walking, visits and feeding or all of the above I'm happy to help. I have experience with senior dogs and their sometimes more complex needs, including medical. For all services I require a meet and greet first. For house sitting, I don't do over nights but can be there very early and/or late and happy to work from your home and give your dog(s) as much interaction and breaks they need. For daycare in my home, I require a meet and greet with my dogs, preferably on neutral ground such as a local park, or my yard if needed. Dogs are just like humans, sometimes they're best friends sometimes they aren't and my number one priority is the safety of all animals. Dogs need to be okay with kids. My children are very respectful and I've taught them from a young age how to interact with dogs and read their body language, and give them space. But I know not all dogs have had positive experiences with kids. Don't worry about size or puppy rambunctiousness- they are used to that! I have extra crates if needed or prefered. I don't do off leash, your dog may be great off leash and have awesome recall, but I'm a new person and your dog might be anxious or just not as focused with someone new. Again my priority is safety, after all this is your best friend and family member! I have ground tethers that give them a large range to free roam, explore and play. I also use 30ft leads for fun walks in woods or local hiking trails. Feel free to ask about cats too! I love cats and am first and foremost a crazy cat lady. I've sat for all ages and levels of feline pickiness. I've done meds, including injections for kitties too. I work from home and as a result have a flexible schedule. I take time out of my day regularily to walk, play and be with our dogs and yours, it's a great way for me to break up my day and get to know the great dogs in the community. When caring for your pets I take great care to be respectful of your space, only going where I need to for your animals. I make a point to clean any pet mess and ensure they are secure before leaving.

About: Enjoy walking on the trail and would love to walk dogs. Have access to a fenced yard so the dogs will be safe to play and have fun. I am not working at the moment. Will be available to walk and also to board at home. Can also pet sit in the owner's home Access to a fenced yard. I’m looking to spend more of my free time caring for pets because animals have always been a huge part of my life! 🐾 I’ve been around animals almost my entire life, including dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, guinea pigs (I cared for 9 rescue guinea pigs for nearly 5 years), and even a chameleon for about 5 years. 🐾 I don’t currently have pets of my own, so becoming a pet sitter is the perfect way to spend time with animals while helping families who need reliable care. 🐾 I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone new. Your trust is something I take seriously, and I’ll treat your pet with the same love, patience, and attention I’d want for my own. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while giving you complete peace of mind. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! 🐾✨ I have Monday-Wednesday off, varying things going on during those three days so availability will vary! Fridays I’m available anytime after 4! Saturdays & Sundays while I’m at work I have my mom and best friend on stand by to come check in and give potty breaks to any pets in my care! Although I don’t have a fenced in yard, there are plenty of parks around for exploring and play time, as well as some yard space just right outside my home if you don’t feel comfortable with your pup being brought elsewhere! “Roxie was awesome. We had a meet and greet prior to hiring her. At that meeting I found her to be knowledgeable and immediately felt comfortable with her. The day that we actually used her left us not quite "emotional" but a bit nervous as our pup is only 12 weeks and we have yet to leave him anywhere. She texted us photos of our little guy during his stay and totally put our minds at ease. The photos showed our little guy having a FABulous time! I think we were getting a little bummed as he clearly did not seem to be missing us!!! We plan to hire again and would certainly recommend her. BTW - Her property is completely fenced in and of decent size for the dogs to run around in. The grounds were clean and the property reflected a homeowner that is responsible and cares.
