Olivia has carried out daily drop in visits for our bunny for two weeks and she has been a great sitter. Very reliable, caring, and good at handling the task which included giving food, water, hay, vegetables, and cleaning of the enclosure. As an emergency appeared and Albert needed meditation, Olivia did not hesitate to take on the task of giving him medicine. Communication has been very good and instructions were followed. I’m so unbelievably grateful for Courtney as she took such great care of my boys! I very suddenly had a family member pass away and needed to leave town for the services without much notice. Despite the short notice, Courtney was able to accommodate my request and a couple of last minute changes to the schedule. Her communication throughout the entire experience was amazing. This was my first time using Rover and I was very nervous to have someone else taking care of my two dogs. Those nerves quickly went away as soon as my boys met her, they absolutely loved her! The pictures showed me that my dogs were having a wonderful time with her. They were both fed exactly as instructed and they always had fresh water.
