About: I have had pets my entire life and could never live without them. I have three dogs and three cats and would love the opportunity to take care of your babies the way you wish you could while you are away. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young, but never got the opportunity to own one myself. I do have experience with dogs, including aggressive ones, anxious ones, seniors, and puppies. I’ve been trained on animal behavior and know how to correct inappropriate behavior. I worked full time at a pet board and daycare so I promise I understand dogs! I’m currently out of work due to some personal matters, but I am more than physically fit to take care of animals. I am pregnant and due in January, but that doesn’t stop me from being active! He even offered more support for the animals for an extended period when my travel was impacted by the snow. He came 2x a day for my dogs and played with them and even stayed extra time s few times, and was able to give them medications and feed them, along with my cats as well. He was also very communicative, and followed instructions. I can tell my animals are happy. I will be using Walter again!”

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
