About: I have had dogs since I was a child. Throughout the years I have owned Shepards, Rottweilers and most recently Boxers. They have been a part of our family since before I can remember but after losing our last Boxer “babies” and with the kids now in college, I have decided to pour my love for dogs into taking care of yours. It was always stressful leaving our dogs so let me take some of that stress away from you. I promise to stay in contact, send pictures and give them a home away from home. I work 3 minutes from home with a typical workday being 8-4 with an hour lunch. Although I will say this is pretty flexible. However, my husband works from home so there is always someone home. I am happy to come to your home to take your dog for a walk or to let him/her out in your yard. I can also feed him/her and give any needed medications. Or in my home, they will be treated like our own. We do allow pets on the furniture if that is what they are used to and accept dogs that are not crate trained.

I was nervous leaving Nala with someone new, but John stayed with her to make sure she had company and lots of attention. Nala loves laying out in our yard most of the day and he was constantly checking on her to make sure she was okay and had her food and water. He was also very responsive whenever I checked in for updates which gave me the peace of mind needed to enjoy my vacation. Courtney was an amazing dog sitter to my very nervous dog. She got him settled into his routine and kept me posted all along the way. Courtney took him on many long walks and gave him lots of belly rubs. Also, Courtney left my house as clean as it was when she arrived, even taking out the recycle. Our pup is anxious & not super fond of having guests at our house, so we weren’t even sure it would work. Monika was wonderful. She had to take care of two dogs who do not get along with each other, a visiting dog and the dog in residence. She did a great job of caring for each dog and taking each of them for a walk. She kept the peace and all was well when we got home.
Seana was the absolute BEST person that I could have left my puppy with. My puppy is still just 5 months old and with that comes many puppy behaviors that can be hard to handle. But Seana clearly loves dogs and especially Golden Retrievers like Noodles and therefore she did an amazing job. She was incredibly responsive, sent many updates, and even brought Noodles to her house so she could play with her golden. While I was nervous to leave Noodles I knew based off our meet and greet that everything was going to be okay and it was even better than okay. I came home to a happy and healthy and well tired out puppy and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
