“Left our three musketeer pups for the weekend, 2 of which are senior and one that requires a bit of extra assistance. We got the cutest and most detailed updates of our pups, and could tell how well taken care of they were while we were gone. Can’t wait to have Stephanie watch and walk our fur babies again next time!”

“Marquis has proven to be an exceptional caretaker for Jax. With his genuine love for dogs and his responsible and attentive nature, Marquis has become a trusted and reliable choice for any pet owner in need of a dog sitter. I’d highly recommend him and I’ll be sure to book him again to watch Jax.”

“Siara was lovely and we will absolutely have her back. Even though it was her first time taking care of our two large pups and she was plagued with frequent storms and an unexpected limp, she handled each challenge with grace and communicated with us well! Highly recommend!”

“This is my second time booking with Marlita and she did an amazing job again. Both my cats love her. My one cat loves her so much that when she saw it was me who came back home she hid under the couch because she was disappointed I wasn’t Marlita. She sends daily updates and follows care instructions well. I’m glad I found a reliable cat sitter and I will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Katrina is a true animal lover who was great with my hyper 45-lb hound mix Sage. She's been on a couple of walks and one overnight housesit. I trust her to keep Sage (an unpredictable bolter when spotting squirrels) safe on the leash and reliabily show up for each walk, even accommodating last minute schedule changes. Katrina took good care of my house while we were gone and even picked up some bone shards that could have been a choking hazard. To top it all off, I got a selfie of Katrina & Sage snuggling in bed. Sage will be looking forward to her new caretaker's return soon.”

“Sasha was amazing! We booked her for house sitting and she was super great with communication and even swung by to do a meet and greet first! She sent us tons of pictures while she was here and left the house in the same condition we left it!”

About: I was a soldier in my country, I took my dog training course and worked with many breeds. I really like sharing my time with pets and I will take care of them as if they were my own. I work part-time and I want to share my free time with pets and take care of them as if they were my own and pamper them so that they feel good with me until they return home. I have an empty backyard which I could use for the care and much more of your pets with the greatest security and more confidence

“Jade was an excellent sitter for our frenchie, Annie. She was very attentive to her needs and provided great company for our girl. Jade took great care of our home while we were away & provided plenty of updates and pictures throughout the day. Annie enjoyed her time in her home with Jade and is looking forward to her next visit ! :)”

“Natasha was great with our Husky! She always replied in a timely manner and our pup seemed to really like her. The amount of pictures and updates that she shared with us was perfect. Definitely recommend!”

“Jestine was on time, friendly, personable, paid attention, asked great questions, and was generally a joy to work with. Our 70lb. Rottsky has Separation Anxiety and can be a handful, but Jestine was awesome with him. We hired her to house sit the dog, but she also calmed our anxieties about leaving him alone! It's always a bit odd to have a relative stranger in your home, but after just a few minutes chatting, our fears melted away. We look forward to welcoming her back again!”

“Natasha was not only great with our dog Bruce but also a respectful house guest. She sent images of Bruce that kept us smiling while we were on our vacation, and we knew he was having a good time with her. I think she gave Bruce more walks and quality time than we’re usually able to give - so we hope to have her stay next time we’re out of town, too.”

“I booked Rachel last minute, and she was quick to respond. She’s incredibly responsible, respectful of our home, and, most importantly, she was so sweet with my puppy, Oliver. She sent updates and pictures throughout the day, and he looked so happy. I’ll absolutely be booking her again whenever I need a sitter for Oliver! Highly recommend!”

“Beth was awesome! Lola was very happy when we returned from a week vacation. She sent lots of pictures of our fur baby while we were away, she kept us updated on Lola's mood and spoiled her rotten just like we do. Lola has some seperation anxiety and Beth just loved her and made her scrambled eggs as Lola wasn't eating. Beth also took care of our home. She checked our mail and left it spotless. I would definitely recommend Beth and we will use her in the future.”

“Nicole was the first pet sitter I ever used, and I couldn't have asked for a better person. She was professional, highly communicative, and adept at caring for my senior rabbit and cats. My senior rabbit required medication throughout, which she managed well. It was reassuring to have Nicole there for my pets, and her evident love for animals and experience shone through. Amazing Housesitting! I would highly recommend her with a 10/10 rating.”

About: Availability: All day (occasional 4-6 hr shifts) I’m a teacher with my summer off and lots of free time. I’m comfortable caring for a wide range of animals and I believe care and comfort is best achieved through maintaining consistency for your pet and providing them with plenty of attention, making sure they get fed on time, have their daily walks, and most importantly got some affection and playtime from me as well. I moved over to Rover from TrustedHouseSitters where my partner and I house/pet sit for others. I have housesit for 9 different hosts for a total of 90 nights, caring for both cats and dogs, and we had a 5-star review from all of our hosts which you can see in my pictures. My experience as a teacher has prepped me for taking care of people’s little ones at the same time and I hope to bring that experience with me when I get to know you and your pet! I enjoy running, so if your have a very active dog that would enjoy going on a run with me, I would be happy to take them with me in the morning or evening. Summer just started so I’m available with enough notice most times of day and would be happy to spend time with your pets on weekends! With my experience housesitting, I'm used to caring for pets and a host's home! I'm communicative and love sending updates/pictures of how everyone is doing. I prioritize maintaining a clean space, a set feeding and walking schedule, and spending time with the dogs to give them good company. I'm careful when it comes to walks and stick to the sidewalks, quiet roads, and parks. I am male, so if your dog is aggressive around men, please keep my safety in mind as well.

About: Hi, I’m Akum - a 28 year old attorney & a lifelong dog lover who makes furry friends wherever I go. I’ve cared for everything from leash-reactive rescues to cuddly seniors, and I treat every pup like my own. My own dog is a rescue with a tough past, so I’m especially good with temperamental or nervous dogs. Whether your dog needs a calm companion or a new adventure buddy, I’m here to help them feel safe, happy, and loved. 🐶💛 I work remotely Friday-Tuesday so I have plenty of time to be with your pets! I also am extremely flexible when it comes to sitting/walking. I have lived with all kinds of dogs growing up - so whatever your rules are for your pup, I will make sure to follow them, especially in your home. I want to make sure they are in a routine that they are happy and comfortable with.

Akum S.
“Akum is great with animals. I have a reactive dog that isn’t good with other pets, which makes it hard to walk him, plus he’s a 65lbs lab pit mix. With Akum, I never worry about his walks or overall care, she’s equipped to handle any and all situations.”

I booked Rachel last minute, and she was quick to respond. She’s incredibly responsible, respectful of our home, and, most importantly, she was so sweet with my puppy, Oliver. She sent updates and pictures throughout the day, and he looked so happy. I’ll absolutely be booking her again whenever I need a sitter for Oliver! Highly recommend!

Samiyah did a great job watching my dogs, Debo and Sadie, while I was out of town from Thursday to Wednesday. She was reliable, respectful of my home, and kept me updated with messages and photos throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. She followed all instructions as requested and made sure both dogs were well cared for during my time away. I came home to everything in order and two well-looked-after dogs. Her professionalism and communication made the entire process smooth. I would definitely book Samiyah again and recommend her to anyone in need of a dependable and trustworthy sitter.

Deb was great with Pebbles (formerly Mogwai). Pebbles is our new 10 month old puppy. We adopted her about 1 1/2 weeks before we had to go away for the weekend so we were very concerned about Pebbles adjusting. Everything went fine. Deb understood what Pebbles needed and kept us informed during the weekend. It made for a smooth weekend. I would highly recommend Deb to anyone!

Natasha was not only great with our dog Bruce but also a respectful house guest. She sent images of Bruce that kept us smiling while we were on our vacation, and we knew he was having a good time with her. I think she gave Bruce more walks and quality time than we’re usually able to give - so we hope to have her stay next time we’re out of town, too.

Keith was wonderful at accommodating our last minute weekend house sitting request. It was our first time being away from our pup after only 3 weeks of ownership. We explained the situation to Keith, and he came over for a meet and greet. Our dog took to him right away and put our mind at ease. Keith is personable, respectful and a clear dog lover. We look forward to booking with him again.

Abi is fantastic! She cared for our pets and home as if they were her own. She took our dog on a walk on the snowy forest trails everyday and sent us a pet update with photos each evening. She even offered to buy crickets for our lizard and left a really nice gift for our pup. The bed was stripped, blankets folded, and the house was tidy. You can't ask for a more perfect sitter.
