About: I use empathy to connect with the animals, which allows me to build a bond - that's why there is an angry toothless chihuahua that considers me part of the family even though I'm just a parent's friend. My schedule is very flexible, so I will easily adjust my morning/afternoon/evening to make sure that your fur-child has exceptional care and all the necessary attention I will ensure that all the messes are cleaned up, you'll be informed of anything that might be happening between visits or if anything happens that concerns me. You'll have a detailed report on what I do to provide perfect care for your baby and a picture of them (should they wish to interact)

About: I’ve been an animal-lover since elementary school. I’ve had cats since birth, but at age 8 I saved my money up for a year to buy my own cat and I’ve been taking care of animals ever since. I have experience taking care of cats and dogs of all ages, as well as birds, reptiles, rodents, and aquariums (freshwater, saltwater, and reef.) I even have experience caring for wild animals in a rehabilitation setting, so administering medication or accommodating special needs is no problem! I love finding ways to provide enrichment in your pet’s life. I understand that every animal is different, so I’m happy to get to know your pet’s individual needs and provide plenty of love and patience! I’ll be starting graduate school in the fall, so I’m looking for flexible hours doing things I love! I am available for drop in visits or overnight stays. I’m happy to work with you and be flexible depending on your needs! I would love to spend some time talking with you to understand your pet’s individual needs so that I can provide the best care necessary! I am very patient and caring, so challenging animals are not a problem. If your pet has any special needs I am happy to learn more about what I can do to accommodate for that! About: I have spent 10 years of my life taking care of my own animals and families pet. On top of schooling to provide the best care possible. Currently part time, my availability is Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Hours can be interchangeable; never be afraid to ask :). Completely free those days to be attentive to your pets. I’ve had dogs all my life. I know how to play with animals for maximum exercise, can follow dietary instructions and have a deep rooted love for all species. Dogs are the babies in my home and receive the utmost care and love. Never worry about other dogs in the home or mistreatment from others.

About: I own dogs and cats of my own. Former kennel tech for a boarding and daycare facility of all dog breeds/ temperaments/sizes. Currently work with dogs. I work full-time. I work a regular 8hr shift and not super close to home. So I am usually away from 7:30am- 4:30pm. I am generally around on my off days and happy to stop by before and/or after work. Just reach out and we can try to work something out/ talk about schedules :) I usually dont do drop ins weekly so please only ask for specific dates. I am an avid hiker, so if you have an energetic friend I am more than happy to take him or her out on longer walks! But I'm also down for hugs and cuddles with senior pets or furry felines

About: Dogs love me, I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because I talk to them in a baby voice like they’re the kid I never had…or maybe it’s the pupperoni treat that’s been forgotten in my pocket for two months. I’ve cared for the family dog/s while growing up from the age of 8 to 25 (including playing, walking, picking up the poo, training to sit/stay/come/play dead/shake, swimming and chasing squirrels together). I’m really good with dogs. Nah, I’m GREAT with dogs! If cats are you jam, I single-handedly loved and cared for two at the same time. Cat One was a challenging gal who was a selfish, particular, mean-spirited, chubby princess. I kept this diva alive for 18-years with no thanks or gratitude. I suspect she lived so long out of pure spite. Her step sister, Cat Two I loved for 16-years. She was a purebred Persian (ie: I know how to brush). She actually acted more like a friendly dog really, so maybe she doesn’t count under my cat experience? I work from home, ten hour shifts M-Th from 7am to 5-ish. I can take breaks during the day for feeding, walks or a little pettin’/pee break. I score higher than a kite on the Big Five personality traits under ‘conscientiousness’. Your fur darlin’ and belongings are safe with me. We’ll laugh, we’ll play, we’ll have quality petting time.

About: Hi! My name is Jasie. I am working full-time in healthcare and from home (which gives me lots of flexibility)! Animals bring me so much joy and I love meeting new ones anywhere I go. I am coming back from a break from the app, as I had some years to spend with my roommate’s two lovely cats but they’ve now moved away and I’d love to make some new neighborhood friends! Right now I will focus my business on caring for cats. I have experience with special needs dogs and cats (meds, extra food prep). When you want to spend some time away from home and don’t want to leave your animals alone or even just want some time to yourself, I would love to take care of them! I work from home so have plenty of flexibility to care on dogs and cats, especially dogs when potty time is more needed than usual. I can play with them as I take breaks from work as well! I can crate a dog or cat if needed. I am very careful and like to make sure your pets are in my view from wherever I am most of the time. If I have to leave, I’ll make sure they can’t find trouble!

About: I have 6 years of dog walking and cat sitting experience. I'm used to taking care of dogs of all sizes as well as puppies and their various needs. I just moved to New Haven and I'm looking to start caring for pets here! I will treat your pet the way I would treat my own and would make sure to care for them in a responsible manner. As a pet owner myself, I know how important responsible care is. I have two cats, so I totally understand the concerns when hiring a new person to care for your loved pet! Due to my cats, I'm not able to accept boarders at the moment, other than one small-medium dog (who is fine with cats) for weekends only. I am a local graduate student so I apologize in advance if I can't make certain requested times. I can't wait to work with you and your lovely pets! I am a full-time graduate student but have a flexible schedule. I do not have a car so would only be able to service requests in New Haven. I'm well aware of environmental risks associated with dogs and cats. I'm overly cautious about windows expecially with cats. In addition, I'm responsible with the environment that either puppies or kittens occupy; to not leave food around or small objects/threads that they may mistakenly ingest.
