I was very anxious about leaving Pluto with a stranger because he has some complicated health issues. However, before Pluto boarded with Maria and her family, she came to our place to meet us and discuss Pluto’s needs. She reassured us that she knew how to deal with seizures and could administer Pluto’s pills. Maria was great about reaching out when Pluto was experiencing stomach problems and was very responsive whenever I reached out for updates. She regularly sent us photos of Pluto enjoying his time with other dogs. The fact that Maria also has her own dogs and boards other dogs was a huge plus since Pluto is always with our family at home or at doggy daycare, so he hates being alone. In addition to being highly experienced in pet care, Maria is also extremely compassionate. I always felt that Pluto was in the best hands possible. About: I rescued my own dog from a shelter, and she required a lot of special training and patience. I worked with her on socialization, leash walking, and reducing pulling and barking around other dogs, and I have successfully helped her improve in all of these areas. Since she was a puppy when I adopted her, I also have experience with the patience, consistency, and care that younger dogs require. In addition, I care for a senior dog, so I am experienced in recognizing when a dog has reached their physical limit during walks and understanding how to adjust care based on their needs. Having experience with both younger and older dogs, as well as both large and small breeds, has taught me how to handle dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and training levels with confidence and care. I am currently in school but there are only three days a week I am completely booked with classes. I have over 14 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals ranging from dogs to cats to snakes, bearded dragons, and even ants (yes I know)... and the list goes on! About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, especially cats. Over the years, I have become the go-to pet sitter within my friend group and regularly care for my friends’ cats while they are away on vacation. “Christopher was kind enough to take my pup on fairly short notice, which I so appreciate. He was friendly, a good communicator, and sent me updates/photos of my dog every day. I can tell Molly enjoyed her stay and I plan to bring her again on my next trip.”

“Jayme really helped us out with watching Diesel when we had to go away for a long weekend for a family wedding. I felt very comfortable knowing that Diesel was in good hands and that he had a yard to play around with. Jayme is very kind and sent several pictures of Diesel. Knowing that he was in someone’s loving home and not in a boarding facility put me at ease. I would recommend Jayme without hesitation for anyone who wants their dog to have a home away from home!”
“Nadine and her family were wonderful in taking care of our dog, Stella, while we were away. They were very attentive to Stella’s needs and personality and kept to her regular routine. Nadine kept us updated of Stella throughout her stay which is important when apart from your pets. We will definitely be using Nadine and Daniel again as dog sitters and highly recommend them to anyone considering a sitter for their pets.”
