About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, especially cats. About: I was very lucky to be born into a dog-loving family and was raised learning how to care for furry friends as a part of the family. Since then, I have continued to dog sit for friends and family alike, including elderly dogs that are deaf and blind. My other job is to support people through crisis situations, which allows me to respond effectively and responsibly in case something unexpected arises. You can definitely teach an old dog new tricks. I work a flexible, remote job and am flexible on when I can provide pet services. About: I've had cats in my life ever since I was 10 years old. Bear and Chip are two of the more important things in my life who I grew up with and took care of all the way until I moved out of my parents house a few years ago. I learned to take care of pets at a really young age because of them, and now, I rescued two cats on my own with my fiancé whom we love and adore (Benji and Clementine). I'd love to be able to extend that care onto your pets as I am super passionate about making sure pets are loved and supported properly. I work from home, so am very flexible when it comes to drop in visits or walking your dog throughout the week or on the weekends! In my home I make sure my pets are on really good terms with each other first and foremost. We give them plenty of entertainment and stimulation to make sure they aren't bored and I definitely go out of my way most of my time to make sure they're loved and comfortable in our home. In terms of being in other people's places, I can adapt very easily and know when a cat is comfortable or not. I will never be too overbearing to a pet when I know there isn't full trust there but I will still make sure they're getting the care they need.

“Brittany is very sweet; my dog liked her right away. So did my husband and I! She is extremely accommodating and flexible. When we went to meet her she showed us her yard and took us inside to see her house and meet her dog. While we were away she sent daily photos which was wonderful. From them we could tell our dog was having fun. Brittany send home a very happy pup along with gifts of a new bandanna and a bag full of treats. In all ways she went the extra mile. We were very pleased with this dog sitting experience!”
“Andrea was super nice and managed to accomodate our last-minute Christmas booking. She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, and our dogs looked quite happy and relaxed. Her house has a fenced-in area that they loved to play in. Most impressive of all, though, was that Andrea let the dogs into her bedroom (they are used to sleeping next to us), on Christmas no less. Our dogs seemed in great shape when we picked them up after their 3 day stay. She seems to be a very caring and careful dog sitter. We would have no hesitation in our leaving our dogs with her again. In the process of looking for a sitter, I ran into unreliable sitters and sitters who were not a match for my pet and I. From the meet and greet to after my dogs first overnight Gaileen and her family put me at ease. At the meet and greet, she was professional asking preferences for my dog's comfort. Once the stay occurred, she messaged me with updates and pictures throughout the day. By the second visit, my senior dog seemed comfortable and happy to be there.
