About: I have had lots of different types of animal experiences since I was a child including always having a cat in the household and volunteering with animal shelters. My specialty is cats but I have a few years experience with sitting and walking dogs as well. I am always up for a new challenge and am very capable and adaptable. I have worked in many animal shelters, as well as managed a cat shelter, so I am very comfortable approaching all animals. I have a very flexible schedule because I run my own cat oriented business and make my own hours. My whole life is animals, so I love to fit them into my life as much as possible. I currently only offer services in my clients’ homes, and to ensure that their pets are always safe and secure, I am very on top of communication and checking in with my pet parents. I like to review all instructions together to make sure I don’t have any questions and know exactly what contacts are (vet, ER, friends) for emergencies. Melanie was so sweet with Raf and so genuinely excited to see him and take him on walks. She took amazing care of him and was very communicative about setting up walk times that worked every day with both our changing schedules. Raf is a rescue dog so he can be skittish and he felt completely safe with Melanie and always looked forward to his walks with her. Sara is always proactive, timely, and great with our dogs. She makes sure they are well taken care of before, during and after their walks. Dog of our dogs are large and one has very high energy and Sara is able to care for them and keep them both safe. We truly appreciate Sara’s care and prompt communication style!
