About: i worked at a dog daycare for a few years while my dog was a puppy and i loved it so much! i love animals and love connecting with them. i appriciate this app so much bc i myself used to have a full time job that needed me to need pet sitters for my job.. i always got such amazing people to come take care of drax & rocket. i want others to feel the same with me as i take care of theirs! i want to transition into dog walking full time! so as i am part time at my job i have alot of open time to help others! i will follow owners instructions on what the animals can and can’t do! i will prioritize mental stimulation as well as exercise to make sure they are exerting all their energy in their time with me so they can sleep the times we / their owners are apart!

About: I have grown up around dogs, my childhood pet was a Great Dane, and I now own a Great Pyrenees. I love all kinds of animals no matter what size. I love to walk my dog Luna, and training her to walk with me was no easy feat but she's amazing now. Building relationships with animals has always been a passion for me growing up. I am currently working part-time, and I am also a university student going for Nursing part-time. I do commute to school so I am flexible. I have a rescued Great Pyrenees, she's now 2 years old, and loves sleeping, playing, and being with family. She's great with kids and dog-friendly.

About: I’ve worked with various animals for over 10 years, and in that time I have also pet sit for friends. I am comfortable handling a wide range of pets. My rabbit is 10 years young and thriving, and my cat is almost 3 and rambunctious. I am experienced in dog, cat, or other senior care. I have also helped friends with socializing foster puppies. I am confident in giving oral medication as well! I just graduated college with a degree in animal science. I recently picked up a job during weekdays in Trumbull, but I can still walk your dog/watch your pet! Generally, I am free: Sat/Sun - Anytime M-F - Extremely early morning or after 3:30pm I will always provide fresh water when I come in and before I leave. If the pet makes a mess I will immediately dispose of it, however if any part of the mess was assumed to be ingested I will let the owner know as soon as possible. Should the pet use the bathroom in the house I will clean and sanitize the area and dispose of the waste outside. The pet will have my full attention and treated with respect during my time with it.

About: I am a huge animal lover and have spent a lot of time rescuing homeless cats in my neighborhood. I have trapped 20 stray cats, vetted them, and found them homes. From this I have 7 of my own cats. I also have rescued two dogs from shelters. One is a Pitbull and the other an English Bull Dog. Growing up I always had pets around. I am a special education teacher working summer school. I have weekday availability from 1:30 PM into the evening and open weekend availability. Starting August 1st I will have daily open availability until August 24th. Beginning August 24th I will have a weeknight availability and open weekend availability. I have no problem with high energy or needy animals. I am comfortable cleaning up pet messes, playing, walking, and providing medicine if needed. I will do anything an animal needs.

About: I am an exceptional dog trainer which is another service that I provide. I don't mind working with troubled or hard cases. Raised dogs half my life. Used to be deeply involved with different rescue operations and local vets to do what I can for these pups. Also have experience with dog boarding at corporate facilities however I run everything right out of my home. So it's more like visiting your pups uncle Marco rather than a lil puppy prison. My other day job is taking care of my handicapped mother so no reason that I can't take care if some furry balls of move too while I'm at it! I'm home often which is where I board and watch the puppers. So we have a fenced in back yard and a large house. My mother does smoke but only upstairs and in her room. Bad mother! However its relatively isolated and isnt noticeable from downstairs. We have a 5 year old labrador retriever and small house cat to keep any visitors entertained! They are both very playful, gentle and non aggressive

About: I have grown up with many cats and dogs throughout my whole life. Animals are everything to me and I know they are like family members to us! I help to take care of my parents 4 dogs whenever they are out of town. I currently work 8-430 Monday through Friday, but can fit pet care in during my lunch breaks, after work or even before. About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs for 20 years. I’m currently a volunteer at the Branford Compassion Club where I take care of dozens of cats. I absolutely love animals and taking care of them is my true passion. I understand how anxiety inducing leaving your pets can be when you go on vacation and I promise to take care of them like I do my own. I’m available on weekends and any time on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Thursday’s. I work from 8:30am - 5pm on Tuesday’s and Fridays so I’m only available early in the morning and after 5 pm. I will take care of feeding, walking, cleaning litter boxes, and play time. I’m experienced in giving pets medication so I can do that if needed.

About: I have been using Rover on and off for years and have met so many amazing dogs and their owners. I am active and love to be outside. I grew up with pets and am very compassionate towards all animals, especially dogs and cats. I have taken care of neighbors' dogs and homes while growing up. I live in North Branford with my fiancé, our cat Charlie and our dog Roz. Charlie came from a shelter and loves to be around other animals. Sometimes she can act like a dog herself. I’m a personal trainer so I am typically available between 11 am and 4 pm. With so much free time on my hands and my love for being active, I decided I’d walk dogs part-time! If a dog is outside in their fenced yard, I’ll never take my eyes off of them. Ya never know if they’ve been plotting their escape! 😏 I always keep a dog on a leash. I prefer a non-retractable leash.

About: I have been a for-hire pet care-taker (Dogs & Cats primarily) for over 16 years now. Since having to put both of my best friends (Tanzi and Spencer) down, This Rover app has really helped heal myself by having the opportunity to care for your pets. I've always had pets in the house since I was a kid and so it feels like second nature to take care of pets. I grew up with dogs, and now have a cat of my own and we are obsessed with our little Roo.
