I have hands-on experience caring for and training dogs through working closely with my 1.5-year-old German Shepherd. I attend weekly training sessions with her and regularly practice and reinforce those skills at home. Through these classes, I’ve also gained experience working around other dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and training backgrounds. In addition to my practical experience, I’m currently pursuing a dog training certification with ISCDT to continue learning more about canine behavior and effective, humane training methods.

Whether in my home or a client’s home, I follow all care instructions closely for feeding, walks, playtime, and any training guidelines. Walks are safe and structured, and I prioritize positive reinforcement, patience, and keeping pets comfortable in their environment.

Connor did an outstanding job taking care of Willow. He came to our home to meet her prior to his care date. He anticipated our dog’s need to know and trust him so he asked if he could bring her treats and even asked about possible food allergies. During our meet and greet he was kind, patient, very loving towards our dog, asked appropriate questions, and took the time to take a walk to strengthen his bond with Willow. I knew right away that he was trustworthy and quite capable of handling our sometimes wary Great Pyrenees. On the care date, Connor arrived for two walks on time, followed my instructions, sent me pictures and updates as to how our dog was doing, tracked the walk so I could see where they went, and even fed her as well as my two cats! He left the house immaculate and we returned home to a very happy dog. I highly recommend Connor and will definitely hire him again.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine since I already build time each day around caring for and training my own dog. I’m available for walks and sitting on weeknights after 6:00 PM, Saturdays after 12:00 PM, and Sundays after 11:00 AM. I enjoy incorporating pet care into my evenings and weekends, and I make it a priority to give each dog my full attention, consistent care, and a positive experience.
