“As always, our pup is in the best of hands, she’s always excited to stay with Ariel and her family of humans and furry friends. I love our daily updates and pictures and so happy she is in a home environment when we cannot be home with her. Thank you!”

“This was my German Shepherd, Evie's, 3rd stay, 1st overnighter, with Nadjeska. Evie had a great time playing with the other guest dogs, and Nadjeska sent us several photos to let us know she was doing great. No drama, no trauma, just a happy dog at the end of her stay.”

“Cassandra did an amazing job caring for our 4 year old English bulldog for 8 days. Our bulldog is quite stubborn with several medical conditions and she administered all medications and went above and beyond so we can travel without him for the first time in 4 years. Cassandra sent us daily updates and was very quick to respond to us and helped put our minds at ease while away.”

About: I have a close connection with a well-respected, professional dog trainer. I can usually get helpful tips and techniques on short notice, which I have used to successfully train puppies on basic commands (sit, stay, etc). I have 1 cat (2yrs old) who is neutered, indoor, and very shy. I work from home so I spend a lot of time caring for my pet which includes 3 mealtimes, plus play/enrichment time, and relaxing downtime each day. For dog care, I have a small fenced in yard and live in a nice area, so dog walks and outdoor potty breaks are very convenient at most times of day.
“After trying 4 dog sitters, we finally found Lauren and couldn’t be happier. She takes incredibly good care of pups, she’s reliable and flexible with scheduling. Even when we have last minute bookings, she’s been available every time. He’s the only sitter that our pup looks forward to seeing. And he comes back clean, with freshly cut nails. If you need a sitter you can rely on and trust to treat your baby well, call Lauren.”

“Stephanie did an amazing job with my Otter while I was gone on my trip! She took him to a dog party and walked/hiked with him every day. I received tons of updates and pictures. If you are leaving town, leave your pup with Stephanie, she is awe-inspiring.”

“Tara is a great care giver for my dog, a large lan. She has a a dog equipped home and a fenced in back yard. She’s cheerful, accommodating, and provided healthy snacks. She and her husband took her for walks multiple times per day. Totally trustworthy and communicative. Best Rover find ever!”

“Karina & Teresa were amazing sitters for my dog. They are kind, attentive, and clearly love what they do. They treated my dog very well and made sure he was comfortable . They also sent lots of photos and videos throughout the stay, which really gave me peace of mind! I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and caring dog sitters.”

“Liza took amazing care of our special girl. She was very responsive and demonstrated both confidence and kindness with our reactive pitbull. She’s amazing and we will absolutely be working with her in the future!”

“This is only the second time I have boarded my dog, and since I’m usually home all day with her, I wanted to make sure I left her with someone who would be home all the time and able to monitor her the way I do. Mariana went above and beyond my expectations! I not only got one or 2 photos a day, but I got updates on what she was doing, and even several videos of her being cute. I cannot say enough good things about the time and attention Mariana gave my dog and me! I will absolutely board with Mariana again the next time I go out of town!”

“Bruce was so great watching our two pups the week we went away. One of our dogs is epileptic and requires special treatment, including medication multiple times a day. Bruce continuously updated me every time she was given her medication and restroom breaks along with pictures of both of the dogs. He made my time away on vacation as less stressful as can be being away from my dogs.”

“Jayme is amazing! I appreciated her attentiveness to Jazzy’s idiosyncrasies . She texted whenever she had questions in a way that I knew she really cared about him. Thank you for taking such good care of my little boy!”

“Brianna took great care of my Phoebe! I was glad Brianna had dogs of her own to keep mine distracted while I was away for the weekend. Highly recommended! Thanks, Brianna!”

“We reached out to Mark after our sitter cancelled last minute before a trip. I can’t say enough great things about Mark and his family! They treated my dog like their own and I think my Ruger is missing all the fun he had there. Very flexible and sent plenty of pictures and updates. We will DEFINITELY be using them again!”

“Christopher was kind enough to take my pup on fairly short notice, which I so appreciate. He was friendly, a good communicator, and sent me updates/photos of my dog every day. I can tell Molly enjoyed her stay and I plan to bring her again on my next trip.”

“Mikayla and Justin took great care of Rigatoni— were easy to communicate with, provided check-ins, and genuinely cared about her well-being. So grateful!”

“Claudia and Steven are a lovely couple and they were amazing with our dog Ellie. They communicated with us multiple times daily with updates and photos. About: I have been using Rover on and off for years and have met so many amazing dogs and their owners. I am active and love to be outside. I grew up with pets and am very compassionate towards all animals, especially dogs and cats. I have taken care of neighbors' dogs and homes while growing up. I live in North Branford with my fiancé, our cat Charlie and our dog Roz. Charlie came from a shelter and loves to be around other animals. Sometimes she can act like a dog herself. Roz was adopted from Save-A-Lab and is the sweetest girl. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have! I look forward to meeting your pet! I’m a personal trainer so I am typically available between 11 am and 4 pm. With so much free time on my hands and my love for being active, I decided I’d walk dogs part-time! If a dog is outside in their fenced yard, I’ll never take my eyes off of them. Ya never know if they’ve been plotting their escape! 😏 I always keep a dog on a leash. I prefer a non-retractable leash.

“Anne-Marie is AMAZING! While we were away for a week, Anne-Marie dropped in every day to check in our cat Ruby. She kept me apprised each day and sent lovely photos and videos. She followed all our instructions to a tee and was absolutely sweet towards Ruby. When we go away again, we are most definitely booking with Anne-Marie!”

“I feel so lucky to have found Courtney to watch my two cats when I did, and to continue working with her. She first began to watch the boys when I had to take an overseas trip, and after our first meeting, the cats trusted her and I personally felt confident and comfortable enough to ask her to take care of them for me while I was in another country. She is a wonderful, kind, communicative, and responsible sitter who immediately made me feel at ease when we first met. I cannot recommend her enough!”

“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. Evie seemed to enjoy the day, Nadjeska obviously loves dogs, and we will be repeat clients in the near future.”

“My fur baby requires a great deal of attention due to some health challenges. This makes me very careful about who cares for him. I am so Blessed to have Liza taking care of my lil guy. I would highly recommend her to people that need puppy ? care”

“Cheyanne is an above and beyond dog sitter. I needed her help last minute due to an unideal housing situation for my dog with behavior problems. She accommodated my request, listened to my concerns and reassured me it would be okay. And it was! On his first day with Cheyanne, my dog had such a good time that he was pulling on his leash to get to her on his second day. The peace of mind Cheyanne has given me during an incredibly stressful time is priceless. Her combination of care, expertise and customer service is exceptional. I would recommend Cheyanne 10 times out of 10!”

“Brianna took great care of Peanut. She was responsive in communication and kept me updated with photos of Peanut. About: I am an exceptional dog trainer which is another service that I provide. I don't mind working with troubled or hard cases. Raised dogs half my life. Used to be deeply involved with different rescue operations and local vets to do what I can for these pups. Also have experience with dog boarding at corporate facilities however I run everything right out of my home. So it's more like visiting your pups uncle Marco rather than a lil puppy prison. My other day job is taking care of my handicapped mother so no reason that I can't take care if some furry balls of move too while I'm at it! I'm home often which is where I board and watch the puppers. So we have a fenced in back yard and a large house. My mother does smoke but only upstairs and in her room. Bad mother! However its relatively isolated and isnt noticeable from downstairs. We have a 5 year old labrador retriever and small house cat to keep any visitors entertained! They are both very playful, gentle and non aggressive

“Jill cared for our 9-month old puppy for a week and she was so wonderful! She too excellent care for our pup and gave us regular updates and pictures! We would definitely leave our dog with her again!”

“Zuleima was an awesome sitter. She sent me daily updates in lady and plenty of photos to show me that she was well taken care of. I will fully trust my dog with Zuleima again for future dog sitting needs.”

“Andrea was super nice and managed to accomodate our last-minute Christmas booking. She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, and our dogs looked quite happy and relaxed. Her house has a fenced-in area that they loved to play in. Most impressive of all, though, was that Andrea let the dogs into her bedroom (they are used to sleeping next to us), on Christmas no less. Our dogs seemed in great shape when we picked them up after their 3 day stay. She seems to be a very caring and careful dog sitter. We would have no hesitation in our leaving our dogs with her again. Thanks!”
