About: I am a huge animal lover and have spent a lot of time rescuing homeless cats in my neighborhood. I have trapped 20 stray cats, vetted them, and found them homes. From this I have 7 of my own cats. I also have rescued two dogs from shelters. One is a Pitbull and the other an English Bull Dog. Growing up I always had pets around. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
