From working closely with shelter dogs to supervising group play sessions of up to 60 dogs, I’ve learned to manage pet dynamics with patience, awareness and confidence. When I take care of dogs in a client’s home, I try to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for both the dog and the owner. I stick to the dog’s usual routine- feeding, walks, playtime, and any meds they might need- so they feel comfortable and at home. I also send updates and photos to reassure my clients’ that their pets are happy and doing well.

About: I have been doing drop in visits and dog walking for 10 years. My housekeeping clients have relied on me to walk their dog while cleaning their home. They have also used me to walk their dog and drop in to feed and potty while away or if work is running late. I am training to be a dog trainer and have skills in this department with basic manners. As of this moment I am looking to make dog walking and animal care my full time job. I am available Sunday, Monday - Friday from as early as 7am until as late as 7pm. About: I try to take parts of Cesar Milan's strategy with dogs specifically. Trying to not reward bad behavior. Making sure a pet can respect my boundaries. I work flexible hours as an independent contractor so I make my own schedule. I am building my pet care business so I am signing up for a drone pilots license for pet recovery. I am also working on upgrading my vehicle to a minivan. I am offering pet sitting in your home until that can change to my home. About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 3 years old and grew up with both dogs and cats in the home. I currently have a rescue dog that I’ve had for 10 years, and helping him work through separation anxiety, shyness, and reactivity has taught me so much about patience, consistency, body language, and building trust with animals. Through working with a professional dog behaviorist, I’ve also learned techniques for building confidence, reinforcing commands, improving leash behavior, and helping dogs feel more comfortable and engaged. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since i was 11 whether it was my own dog or my neighbors. Over the years I have been trusted to watch my neighbors dogs for extended periods of time whether it was little dogs or big dogs! I am a student studying exercise physiology. About: I have had dogs since I was very young. I have trained pups and cared for senior dogs.I love the companionship of animals! All pets will be treated as family. I am retired and have a very well behaved female GSD under 2 years old. She is very good with other dogs and loves to play with them. I have a fenced in yard where our house guest will have plenty of room to run. 1 female GSD lives here and enjoys the company. I can also keep them separate if that is the preference.
