About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I’ve lived with many Australian shepherds-sometimes 1, sometimes 2, sometimes 3. Dogs at my house are allowed on the furniture with free run of my ranch house-except for the kitchen if they’re counter surfers! I am training in animal reiki and would love the opportunity to work with your dog with this (only with permission). I have a list of hikes that I love to do-some very short and easy, others longer and more challenging that can be added if interested. I’m retired and flexible for daytime requests! I’m retired with plenty of energy to help out! I love walking and being outside so I’m happy to travel and give your pup some attention. I have a large fenced in yard and a dog door to allow for freedom to come and go as dogs need if agreed upon. Otherwise, the door can be closed and dogs can be taken out only with supervision. The yard is large enough to throw a ball for fetch, and there is plenty of shade with large cedar, magnolia, oak, beech, pines, and larch trees. In nice weather I like to sit outside on my patio with the dogs.

About: I have owned a cat for seven years, and I enjoy brushing him, feeding him, giving him treats, cleaning the litter box, and cuddling. Sometimes he comes into my room, jumps on my bed, and sleeps with me. I also walk a puppy, a bulldog, named Buckiss. I clean up after him, and enjoy spending time rubbing his belly, and playing catch. At the end of our walk, I bring him back to his house, feed him, and give him water. I follow strict feeding instructions on how much food to give, and what kind of food he's allowed to have (no more than 2 treats a day). When walking in the winter, I make sure Buckiss has dog booties so his feet don't get hurt. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time in my schedule to care for your pet! I have a pretty flexible schedule. When I come to take care of a pet in my client’s home, I make sure that they are cared for with love and I do everything I can to make them feel safe, happy, and comfortable with me. I also make sure that when I end the stay, the client’s home is in the same or better condition than when I first came.
