7. Sonia F.
“Sonia has cared for my two dogs on several occasions. She loves animals and both of my dogs picked up on her affection immediately. Sonia has taken great care of my dogs and kept them safe while I was away on vacation. Not only did she care for my dogs, she kept my house clean and in order. Sonia always watches my dogs while they are on walks to be sure they don’t eat anything they shouldn’t. Sonia also lets me know if one of them seems unwell. It used to be a struggle figuring out where to go on vacation with my dogs because I never wanted someone I didn’t know watching them or staying in my house. Thanks to Sonia, that struggle is gone. I know my dogs are in good hands with Sonia and I never worry. She is kind, responsible and trustworthy. My dogs love her and they get excited when they see her. I highly recommend Sonia for your pet care needs.”

About: I have dog sat for friends and family for all types of breeds, from my neighbor's Shih Tzu to my mom's Vizsla and Great Danes, and dogs of all sizes and breeds in between. I have a passion for dogs and have never met one I didn't like or that didn't like me. I truly believe that a dog is as important as any other member of a family and should be cared for as such!
12. Clare K.
“Clare has been walking and taking care of my three dogs for the past two years, and we could not have found a more attentive and caring person to take care of our beloved puppies. She has shown her exceptional ability to care for dogs of all sizes. Our 100+ pound chocolate lab, Goose, can be a very difficult dog to take care of. Despite this, she has made Goosey much more obedient on walks and has done an exceptional job giving all the love and pets he so desperately loves and deserves. While taking care of Goosey, she was also able to handle our very high-energy miniature Australian shepherd, Gypsy, who requires lots and lots of activity. Clare met Gypsy's need for running and playing perfectly. Lastly, Clare met the specific needs and different types of care for our smallest dog, Maizee, who weighs less than 10 pounds. From taking her out at different times than the other dogs to giving her own time of love and care, Clare was a fantastic caretaker for our little one. Clare is the best pet caregiver you could ask for, for all shapes and sizes!”
13. Lexi R.

About: My grandparents always had 2 dogs for as long as I can remember. So my love of dogs started when I was just a little girl growing up on the island of St. Croix. I’ve taken care of dogs for about 15 plus years. A little longer than I’ve been teaching. I’ve had wonderful experiences with both dog and house sitting. I love taking them on long walks, and giving them time to stimulate their brains cataloguing scents. I’m also a giver of ear scratches and belly rubs. While I’m not currently a dog owner myself, I am a proud dog Auntie of 2. And I believe the time I spend with your precious furry family member will prepare me for the day when I become a dog parent myself. I’m currently working part-time, and I work remotely. So I will have plenty of time to see to all the needs of your pup or pups. I happy to take your dog for long walks, make sure they have food and water, as well as reward them for good behavior. I will always have treats. Right now I’m obsessed with The Dog Bakery’s Chicken Jerky Strips. But I’m always happy to use your preferred treats.
