i have a large apartment that is very safe. I have a camera in my apartment with live access directly from my phone and keep everything pet safe at all times (no plants, organized, etc). When approaching new clients, I am gentle and respectful of their spaces.

Shannia started out as a wonderful reliable dog walker for my English bulldog. However today 11/8/25 not only did I get a notification on Rover stating that my schedule has changed for her walk, but Shannia sent me a text message right when she was supposed to be there stating that she had a family emergency. This is not acceptable as I should have gotten earlier notice so that I can find a replacement for my dog’s walk instead of the last minute. I was at work and had to scramble to find someone to walk my dog again not cool or professional at all.
I don’t let many people take care of my dog, but Shannia pays attention to every detail about Venus and updates me with videos and photos. She wipes her paws. She even picks her up because she had a shoulder injury. I will continue using.Shannia to take care of my pup
I was a bit hesitant leaving her with anyone, BUT SHANNIA is fantastic with my English Bulldog! She has a right shoulder injury and Shannia picks my dog up (weighing 54 lbs) up and downstairs! She wipes her 🐾 really good! She is amazing
Last minute booking. Very responsive. Spent a good time with my pup!
