Dog Walking Darien

About: I’ve cared for a wide variety of dogs and cats, including pit bulls, golden retrievers, poodles, senior dogs, and tabby cats. I’ve also cared for pets with medication and dietary needs, including both oral and injectable medications. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. Whether that means a long walk, plenty of play and attention, sticking closely to their feeding routine, or simply giving a nervous or senior pet some extra patience, I’m happy to adapt to their individual needs. I’ll keep you updated with how your pet is doing and treat your pet with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. I currently work evening shifts at my family’s restaurant in Darien, so I’m generally available for pet care during the mornings and afternoons, as well as some evenings. My work schedule does not interfere with housesitting, and I’m able to provide attentive care throughout the day and overnight. For walks and drop-in visits, I’m happy to work around my evening schedule and coordinate times that work best for you and your pet. I have a fenced-in yard and a very docile and friendly golden retriever. She’s 11 and gets along with every animal she meets. When taking care of a pet at client’s homes, I prioritize leaving it in the same or better condition than I found it.

About: Hello! My name is Skyler and I am currently a mammal trainer at an AZA accredited aquarium with a background in veterinary care. I would love to help walk your dog, whether you have certain training goals or just needing extra help while you are at work! I started my career by walking my friend’s crazy, (but adorable) puppy in high school. I was able to help train the puppy during every walk, and left her tired out when her owner got home. I am off two of the busiest days of the week- Monday and Tuesday. I have full availability to do drop ins, daycare, or dog walks! I have an unfenced yard and plenty of grass out front. I take frequent trips to my local park that has tons of room to play.

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for animals, starting at an age 12, I looked after small, medium, and large dogs, as well as parrots and fish. Family and neighbors have always trusted me with their pets because of my dedication and patience. Also, I provide a calm, one-on-one environment. My building has green areas downstairs for frequent potty breaks, ensuring your pet gets plenty of fresh air and personalized attention. As a student, I have a very organized routine. On Tuesdays and weekends, I am available all day for daycare. I’m Fridays, my pet care schedule starts at 3:00 PM, which is perfect for evening daycare or overnight stays. During these times, I am mostly at home studying, so your pet will have my full attention and frequent potty breaks in my building’s green areas! Safety is my top priority. In my apartment, I ensure all areas are dog-proofed and free of small objects. Since I live in a building, I always use a leash when taking pets downstairs to our private green areas to ensure they are safe and secure. I never leave pets unattended and I follow any feeding or medical instructions provided by the owners. I also love sending frequent photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and safe with me!

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, I currently have have one dog, a pittie lab mix, and I love taking care of her. Happy to work with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I work a full time job that is remote. Advance notices are appreciated for cancellation. I can do same day booking if it’s between 12-1 or outside of regular office hours. Would love to work with your furry friends. I have a dog and a dog friendly apartment with lots of space for walking in private grounds. I live in a calm, serine house with plenty of yard space also right next to a local beach and walking path. If your dog is senior or has any health issues- I have experience with giving oral medications, topical creams, bandaging, and adhering to physical restrictions of needed! I work full time remotely- my schedule is flexible with taking calls and meetings. Throughout the day I am available for quick walks, a longer day of pet sitting or overnights. I have a large yard outside of my house with plenty of space. I also live a walkable distance to the beach that has a paved walking path. If needed, I can accommodate a crate in my home
