A typical day

When your pup stays with me, they’re treated like part of the family from the moment they walk through the door. 🌅 Morning Snuggles & Start to the Day We usually begin the morning with happy greetings and a gentle wake-up. After a potty break, we enjoy a nice walk or some backyard exploring to get those tails wagging. Breakfast is served just the way your dog likes it, and I make sure everyone starts the day feeling calm, comfortable, and cared for. 🕗 Midday Fun & Relaxation Late morning and lunchtime are all about balance. Some pups love playtime—fetch, toys, or goofy zoomies—while others prefer cuddles or relaxing nearby while I go about my day. I always follow your dog’s energy level and personality. There are plenty of potty breaks, enrichment toys, and little moments of attention throughout the day. 🌤 Afternoon Chill Time Afternoons tend to be our quietest time. Most pups enjoy a nap, lounging in sunny spots, or curling up next to me. I keep the atmosphere peaceful and cozy, making sure everyone feels safe and right at home. 🌆 Evening Walks & Wind-Down Before dinner, we head out for another walk or some active play in the yard. After eating, we settle in for evening relaxation—snuggles on the couch, gentle petting, or just hanging out together while the day winds down. 🌙 Cozy Bedtime Before bed, everyone gets a final potty break and some calm, reassuring attention. Dogs sleep wherever they’re most comfortable—whether that’s their crate, a dog bed, or a favorite spot you let me know about. I make sure the night feels peaceful and secure. ⸻ 💌 Staying Connected I send updates, photos, and little notes throughout the day so you always feel close to your pup, even when you’re apart.

Wendy was great to work with! I always get so nervous leaving my dog with a new sitter and she made me feel very comfortable from the start! Frankie has a lot of energy and Wendy took her out multiple times a day to various parks and sent many pictures!

Wendy was incredible! She helped our anxious dog feel comfortable and relaxed right away, not an easy feat. Despite the snow he went on hikes, to dog parks, and on so many walks. We were able to enjoy our vacation and he cannot wait to go back and stay with Wendy!
