“I had just moved to this area and this was the first time I was having someone take care of my dog besides a family member. Jennifer was amazing and kept me informed about how my dog was doing. I was a bit nervous because my dog is 11 and has seizures. Jennifer put my mind at ease about it. I would highly recommend Jennifer to care for your pet.”

About: I have a ton of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other animals after years of pet sitting and working on a nearby farm. Having a dog at home, I have experienced things like training, bathing, walking, and more. I would love to meet lots of new animals! I am a college student, so I have lots of availability in summer and over breaks. I tend to have a good amount of free time each day to take care of your pets! At home, I have a two year old Samoyed who loves all dogs, and can get along with cats as well. In the house, I can separate my dog if needed. I have a large fenced in yard so your dogs can be very active while at my house. I also have an extra crate, if you would like me to use it for boarding.

About: I’m an animal lover with over 5 years of experience taking care of all kinds of pets. When I was younger, I cared for several of my own small pets as well as friends’ and neighbors’ dogs and cats. Since getting my own dog, I have helped raise, train, feed, bathe, and care for her. I also have experience with other kinds of pets like birds, rabbits, hamsters, fish, etc. so if you’ve got additional friends I’m happy to help take care of them too! I’m a recent graduate so I will be home and have a lot of time during the week and weekends to take care of pets! My yard is fenced and large enough for dogs to run around, play, and get exercise. My 2-year-old Samoyed will be there as well, and she loves to play with other dogs (and is ok with cats too), though can be separated if necessary.

About: I've been around dogs since I was a baby and actively taking care of them since I was 10. I understand that dogs are creatures of habit and do my best to maintain their schedule so they can relax and be stress free. I have plenty of experience caring for senior dogs including getting them to take medication, dogs with limited mobility, dogs who experience seizures, and dogs requiring subcutaneous injections. I'm currently unemployed, so I can keep an eye on pets throughout the day. I typically walk my dog around 10 am for one mile and can take dogs on additional walks in the afternoon as needed. I have a large unfenced yard with some surrounding woods for dogs to potty and sniff around during the day. I take my dog for walks at nature preserves every day so she can experience more wild smells. I let my dog sleep in my room with me at night.

Alex Y.
“Alex is a conscientious and loving petsitter. She took excellent care of our older, ailing dachshund while we were away. She updated us regularly, followed our directions to the letter and clarified whatever needed further instruction. We felt very comfortable with Alex and will contact her for future needs.”

maria alexandra v.
“I do not think it is an exaggeration to say that Maria loves dogs more than kiddos - and this is a woman who has been hailed as a phenomenal nanny by several families over the last several years. Many people will ask to pet new dogs that they meet, but Maria truly falls in love with every single one. In fact this is true of all animals, but she does have a special place in her heart for doggos. I probably do not have space to write all the stories I could about this part of her life, but here are a few. In addition to the dogs she has cared for while nannying (5 in total), she has had no less than 4 dogs of her own. She has raised newborn puppies, and she has rescued dogs (and cats) that she found abandoned in the street, or that were left by families that could no longer care for them. In fact just the other day she turned the car around when she believed she saw a dog being tied to a pole on the side of the road, but thankfully the owner was only taking a rest and did stay with the animal the entire time. Maria is from Colombia, which has a complicated dog culture. There is an abundance of dogs throughout the country, but they are not always well cared for, and many end up as strays. I personally witnessed her nurture a hungry stray dog while staying at a fancy resort. While the proprietors tried to shoo the animal, thinking it was being bothersome, Maria was actually encouraging the dog to approach. She then calmed him into trusting her so that she could give him some food and water, and he later followed us to our cabana and slept outside. We currently have two dogs in our family, and if I didn’t see it with my own eyes every day, I would not believe two dogs could ever be this happy and comfortable. She does not simply provide them food and water. She rolls around and plays with them whenever they bring her one of their favorite toys, and she lays down with them on whatever surface of the house suits them in the moment. They have so many choices, with 3 beds of their own, a comfy couch and ottoman, and even occasionally our own bed. She bathes them, grooms them, cleans their teeth, and even paints their nails (yes really!). To them, I may be one of their “humans”, but she is truly a part of their pack. Arya, Kathy (our mini French poodles), and Maria would love a chance to share their love with the special furry member of your family, and I promise they will be so very well cared for!!”

Elizabeth B.

“Elizabeth took such great care of our dog Ernie! She sent us lots of pics and gave him some good playtime. She put put our minds at ease when we had to go out of town for the day. Thank you Elizabeth! We will definitely book again! ?”

Kylie T.
“We have had Kylie help us both as a babysitter for our toddler and taking care of our 6-year old terrier pup - who can be a bit boisterous and not always the most welcoming. Kylie is very caring and attentive and loves loves loves dogs and other animals. And our dog - who is notoriously judgmental - loves Kylie right back. A true testament to Kylie! She has worked for a while at a local horse rescue stable, and her family is very active in fostering pups. So she's got quite a bit of experience to say the least. I would highly recommend Kylie as a pet caregiver, she is excellent and super caring!”
