About: I have had a dog since I was in the 5th grade and have helped raise it since. Within the past 2 years, I took her to college with me for a month each year and had the best time with her. My former college roommate also got a puppy sophomore year (I lived with her sophomore-senior year), so I have helped raise him, and also watch/take care of him when my roommate is busy. My neighbors have also relied on me to take care of their dog when they are away. I really want to get more professional experience in handling dogs more so I'm able to work at dog and animal shelters/places! I am currently attending graduate school in Fairfield, but will be living at home in Ridgefield for the duration of the program (2+ years). This semester (Fall 2026), my schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 5:00-7:30 PM.Those are my only time constraints and am completely free otherwise! In my home, I treat my pet like she's my child/baby and make sure that all of her needs are met always. I will do the same for my client's pets, as well as making sure the home is treated with the utmost respect. I truly love animals and would be happy to care for any dog.

About: I have grown up living with two large dogs and a cat! I also have worked the past three years as a veterinary assistant and also volunteer at an animal shelter. I currently work part time at an animal hospital four days a week. Two of the days I work full time, however my work allows me the ability to bring animals with me to work! About: Hi, I'm Alessandra! Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I cared for everything from turtles, a bird, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits to two Golden Retrievers. Today, I have a cat and Golden Retriever of my own, so I know firsthand just how much our pets are a part of the family. About: Having grown up in a household bustling with three dogs and three cats, I've been immersed in pet care from a very young age! My hands on experience ranges from raising a German Shepherd to managing the boundless energy of a Husky and the loyal companionship of a Lab—each breed presenting its unique challenges. When I was younger my family used to always take trips up to Marthas Vineyard, we always had to leave our dogs at a kennel which we realized later on was not the best thing to do for our dogs. Emotionally/mentally we could tell it had taken a toll on them, so we started leaving them home with Pet Sitters. That was the best decision we had made. I want to be able to provide the same love and care that our pet sitters have provided in the past, but for your pet! Im currently working privately as a Personal Trainer and a Hypnotherapist Practitioner so my schedule is quite flexible. I also offer Reiki for both people and pets (Dogs, Cats, Horses)!!! I don’t typically board pets but would be willing to work with someone if the situation was right. I am also willing and able to crate your pet if thats something you do in your home!
