About: I have experience caring for a variety of animals but the bulk of my experience has been with dogs. I have carred for dogs of many different breads, ages-including puppies and senior dogs, and needs and I love them all. I am very outdoorsy, and an avid hiker, so if you have a dog who loves the woods and needs a good hike, I'm your gal! In addition to dogs, I am experienced with cats, rabbits, and other small animals. I am currently offering dog walking and pet care services as my primary job. In between taking care of animals I like to spend my free time staying active, spending time with my family, and working on creative projects. In addition to weekly dog walks, I offer the options of both overnight pet and house siting as well as drop in visits. The type of visit is dependent upon the animal and owner's needs. I provide loving attention, a consistent schedule, and lots of play time.

About: I have taken care of many, many dogs. I can also come whenever and multiple times a day! No issue! I love playing with dogs just as much as I love taking care of them. I can take care of them at any time. Never too early or too late. I can come multiple times a day or just once! Whatever is needed. I ensure to always have them on leash and in a fenced area. If I am walking the dog and a car comes I ensure s/he is in between my legs. I can also crate the dog if needed.

About: I have been around dogs and cats my whole life. I currently have a puggle named Riggs who is almost 2. He is very friendly and loves other dogs. I also have a senior yellow lab named Bailey who is friendly as well. I work in the maritime industry as an engineer and have a lot of free time! I work in the maritime industry so I essentially work 6 months out of the year. I have a lot of free time so most days I’m available to care for a pet. I live in a cottage with a yard. I typically sit outside with my dog and watch him. I typically never let him outside alone and always have him in sight.

About: I have watched over my three dogs alone for multiple weeks at a time over the course of several years and I have watched my neighbor’s dogs multiple times I am home for the summer so I have a lot of free time to spare. I want to use that time to take care of dogs given my flexible schedule I have multiple dogs to socialize with your dog and I have multiple security cameras, invisible fences, and a large yard for any puppy to run around at any time

Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or needs a little extra care as a senior, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home My schedule is very open during the week, which allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency in their care. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or extended stays Monday through Thursday. I do like to keep my weekends a bit more flexible for personal time, but I’m still open to bookings with advance notice. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m able to prioritize each pet’s needs throughout the day. I care for pets in their own home where they feel most comfortable and secure. I stick closely to their usual routine—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I take time to build trust at their pace, especially with shy or anxious pets, and make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I’m attentive to details like fresh water, clean feeding areas, and keeping their environment tidy. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: I’m a serial long-term pet sitter, and have been pet sitting through Rover for several years! Our family- myself, my partner, Will, our 9 year old son & 5 year old daughter- are huge animal fans! I’ve owned dogs, cats, fish, and lizards myself. We currently have an outgoing, friendly, & vocal black cat named Calzone and a Tetra tank we affectionately call “The Kids”. I am the go-to pet sitter for several family members, friends, and neighbors. We have had pets stay with us for long term stays. So, long term & frequent stays are A-OK… your pet will be cared for like part of the family. I am comfortable caring for farm/hobby farm animals at your home as well. We moved to Bethel (Will & I grew up in the area) in 2024 from our home in Fairfield where we lived for almost 10 years & where I started with Rover! Our home is a single family farmhouse with a huge open yard, meadow, and ponds, abutting wooded trails and a short walk to Huntington Park. Our yard is not fenced, and although our street is relatively quiet, we always are with our visitor dogs when outside. Dogs with strong prey drive might not be a good fit for stays at our house, but could be a great fit for care in your home, walks, etc.

About: I grew up with dogs in the house and have always enjoyed playing with them. There was once that my dog had puppies and I remember seeing her giving birth and my parents caring for them. Today, I can’t have a dog in the house, so I enjoy caring for people’s dogs. My schedule varies so I’m available part-time some week days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) and some weekends. I have older kids who also love animals and may tag along with me when they’re available. At home I don’t have pets of my own except for fish, so your dog will have full attention. I can also crate your dog if needed and if you’d like that, otherwise I’m comfortable letting it roam.

About: I have experience with pets of all kinds — high-energy dogs who need long hikes and treat-based enrichment, small animals and cats I’ve grown up with, and senior dogs who need a softer touch. I take pride in tuning in to each pet’s unique needs, whether that’s adventure, comfort, or calm companionship. I work from home Monday and Friday where my morning starts with letting my dog out, feeding our guinea pigs, and letting our turkeys out into their pen. Saturday and Sunday are usually weather dependent. If it’s bad weather out I will break out the snuffle mat for some mental stimulation for my dog. If it’s nice I usually go on at least one long hike. Pets kept overnight will be kept in the spare bedroom, which has a bed they can sleep on, or space for a crate. I have one which can be used if pet is crate trained. During the work day they will be kept separate from my dog using gates and dogs get to run around in our fenced in yard.

Please note our overnight rate includes walks. While not available during weekdays, due to our work schedules, we would be happy to provide evening walks on weekdays, and overnight care and walking services on weekends, holidays, and school break time. We coordinate our shifts so that dogs are never left alone for long periods. This makes us a great fit for pets who prefer extra companionship or need more frequent potty breaks and attention. About: My husband and I live in a cabin in the woods (literally!) and have been dog owners our whole lives. We have our own 12 year old mixed breed dog and a fenced in back yard area for the dogs to mingle and do business as they please. My husband works from home and makes his own schedule, so we make sure your pet(s) are getting the care and attention they need. We also do not take more than one dog sitting gig at a time so that our dog and your dog(s) establish a pack and are comfortable and safe in our home. My husband works from home 5 days a week and makes his own schedule. I work from home Mondays and Fridays and any weekend travel is updated through our app months in advance We are hyper aware of any changes in your pets disposition, eating and drinking behavior, and we always pick up #2 from our yard so we are very in-tune to any changes in the bathroom department 🤣. We know first-hand that it can be stressful leaving your pet at an unfamiliar home and find that having another dog around (as well as a dog cam in the house) helps them relax while also allowing us to make sure they’re adjusting okay even if we are out running errands. We make sure that the dogs are never home alone for longer than 4 hours maximum, and are well exercised before any time they’re left alone. We also do let them sleep on the couches and make sure they get plenty of cuddles during their stay with us.
