About: I am a life long dog lover with many years of experience taking care of dogs as well as fostering dogs in need! I believe boarding should feel less like a kennel and more like your dog is staying with family. That's why I keep my boarding groups small, so every dog gets plenty of individual attention, affection, playtime, and space to relax. Your dog becomes part of the household while they're here not just another dog on the schedule. Dogs are welcome to make themselves completely at home. They can curl up on the couch, nap on the bed, play with friends, or find a quiet place to relax when they've had enough excitement. And when they're ready for an adventure, there's plenty of that too! A typical stay can include walks, outdoor play, trips around town, dog park adventures when appropriate, and lots of one on one attention. My goal is simple, when you go on vacation, your dog gets a vacation too! Dog sitting is my full time focus, which means your dog isn't being squeezed into my schedule they're part of it! Being home and available throughout the day allows me to give each dog plenty of attention, playtime, outdoor breaks, walks, and, of course, plenty of time to relax and make themselves at home. When your dog stays with me, caring for them isn't something I do around my day, it's my day! 🐶❤️ Fewer dogs means more individual attention, easier supervision, more personalized care, and a calmer home environment. About: Although most of my formal rescue work has been with cats, dogs have always been part of my life too. I adopted my Shiba Inu in 2019, and caring for him as he’s aged has given me real-world experience with senior dog needs. He’s now 11+ with a heart condition that requires medication twice a day, and I handle all of his care — nail trims, baths, daily walks, and occasional vet‑prescribed injections for arthritis. He’s taught me so much about patience, routine, and gentle medical handling. These dogs have given me hands-on experience with everything from anxious and spicy temperaments to confident, goofy, or highly intelligent behavior. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs — playing fetch, going for long walks, or even tackling a strenuous hike. Having a good dog as a companion makes those moments even better. I may be a cat specialist by profession, but I’m a dedicated dog owner by heart, and I bring that same love, attentiveness, and adaptability to every dog I look after. Every day I take care of my own personal and foster animals (cats and 1 dog) and then start making my rounds to feed the local feral colonies. Pet care is my life, not just my routine. There isn't a day that goes by where I am not caring for animals. I will happily comply with my client's instructions about the routine for their pet.
