About: Hi! I’m Lilli, and I worked in dog grooming for 4 years where I gained hands on experience working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I’ve also had pets my whole life, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. Along with grooming, I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting for years for friends, family, and local clients. I’m very patient, reliable, and love making pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away 🐾 I currently work part time, which gives me a pretty flexible schedule for pet care throughout the week and on weekends. Because of this, I’m able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, feeding schedules, playtime, and overnight care when needed. I try to be as accommodating and reliable as possible, and I always make sure pets get the attention, exercise, comfort, and care they need while their owners are away. About: I’ve had a dog for most of my life, and that experience has shaped me into someone dependable and attentive. Taking care of a pet has taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and responsibility—from daily routines like feeding and walking to making sure my dog is healthy and happy. I am a career firefighter and have a rotating schedule that changes on a week to week basis. I can be available most days of the week and even some weekends. About: I have had dogs, cats, puppies in my life since I was born. I have had the pleasure of training all types of dogs in many different areas. When I was younger my family used to always take trips up to Marthas Vineyard, we always had to leave our dogs at a kennel which we realized later on was not the best thing to do for our dogs. Emotionally/mentally we could tell it had taken a toll on them, so we started leaving them home with Pet Sitters. That was the best decision we had made. I want to be able to provide the same love and care that our pet sitters have provided in the past, but for your pet! Im currently working privately as a Personal Trainer and a Hypnotherapist Practitioner so my schedule is quite flexible. I also offer Reiki for both people and pets (Dogs, Cats, Horses)!!! I don’t typically board pets but would be willing to work with someone if the situation was right. I am also willing and able to crate your pet if thats something you do in your home!

About: I have 3 dogs of my own (2 medium dogs and one small) and I have owned pets for most of my life. I also have experience in helping train my sisters service dog. I also have a senior dog and a puppy that I am used to caring for. My schedule is completely flexible and I am able to work around the needs of your pups. I am also able to board your pets for a week if needed! I have a huge open backyard for your dogs to play around. I also have 2 dogs of my own at home who like to play. She responded to Rover messages in a professional and timely manner and she was open and honest about availability before we even met. Nicole came for a meet and greet and listened to all my particular requests as l am a (new!) puppy parent. Nicole "dropped-in" 2x / day for 2 days. She was to let my brand new, 3 month old puppy, out of the cage and outside while practicing “go pee pee,” "sit" and "down" with Lucy. She followed all my directions perfectly as I wanted Lucy's care to be consistent with mine, since she's just a puppy and new to our home. I appreciated the detailed notes she wrote about her visit and the photos she included on the Rover card! It put my mind at ease while I was at work. Thank you, Nicole! About: I’ve had 2-3 dogs in my house since I was in middle school. Since high school, I began dog, cat, and baby sitting for my neighbor on a regular basis and even continued while on breaks from college and after graduation. For the past 5 years, I was the primary dog, cat, and house sitter for a lovely family. My senior year of college I fostered a dog, which my family and I then went on to adopt. I have experience with dogs and cats of various breeds, sizes, and ages. After helping a variety of dogs & cats in NYC, I have relocated to Connecticut, and I’m looking to help out any people and pets in my area! I currently work a hybrid schedule and am onsite on Tues-Thurs. My work allows me to take calls on walks and have the ability to take animals out for walks as needed! We currently live in a condo with easy outdoor access. I do not have any pets. I am comfortable with crate training, but my home is also flexible to let your pet(s) roam if that is preferred!

“Xena is a cat person! She took such good care of our two kitties! We had planned a 10 day trip for our 20th wedding anniversary and were unable to book our usual sitter. We found Xena on Rover and couldn’t be happier. She really gave our two Siberian cats loving attention. She followed our instructions / requests for Beau our 1 year old boy, and Bella our 10 year old girl. She played with Beau and let him burn off some energy. Bella with extra long fluffy fur needs brushing to prevent hairballs and she also loves affection. We had some feeding instructions such as giving calming probiotic to Beau and hairball remedy to Bella. Xena addressed their individual needs. We scheduled her to come twice per day because Beau can get a bit hangry. He’s not ready to be left for 24 hours between visits. Xena was able to visit the kitties morning and evening each day. She sent us detailed notes and photos after each visit. The way she wrote about them, and described her time with them, told me she was doing a great job because I could see their individual personalities shining through her words. This really put us at ease while we were so far away from home. We were able to enjoy our trip without any worries about how our kitties were doing. When we returned both kitties were happy to see us, but they were clearly happy in general. Believe me after a lifetime of having cats, they find a way to let you know when they haven’t had a good experience with a sitter. They had a good experience with Xena and so did we!”
