She responded to Rover messages in a professional and timely manner and she was open and honest about availability before we even met. Nicole came for a meet and greet and listened to all my particular requests as l am a (new!) puppy parent. Nicole "dropped-in" 2x / day for 2 days. She was to let my brand new, 3 month old puppy, out of the cage and outside while practicing “go pee pee,” "sit" and "down" with Lucy. She followed all my directions perfectly as I wanted Lucy's care to be consistent with mine, since she's just a puppy and new to our home.
