About: I’ve lived with pets my whole life. I’m a biology major pursuing animal science and conservation. I love everything about them and I will be volunteering at the animal shelter this summer! I have experience taking care of old dogs, and hyper ones, from helping out my family and friends over the years. I work on campus, so with my semester ending, I am completely free this summer to focus on caring for these pets! Weekends can be busy but I will account for that in my availability. About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life! My family and then myself have adopted and taken care of dogs and cats of all ages but more recently, I have adopted senior dogs and taken care of all their needs. I work at Western Connecticut with lots of flexibility in my schedule! I’m usually available to come and go during the day if needed and only live a few minutes from work. The complex I live in is very dog friendly! I had my dog with there until she passed. There are lots of designated dog walking areas, dog grooming and wash rooms.
