About: Hi! I’m Sarah — a lifelong animal lover currently based in Fairfield County, CT. I currently work remotely, which means my schedule is super flexible — I’m available when you need me, whether it’s for daily walks, weekend stays, or last-minute drop-ins. I’ve been caring for animals my entire life — dogs, cats, horses, goats… you name it. Today, I share my home with two dogs and one very confident cat (who’s pretty sure she’s a dog too). Over the years, I’ve cared for a wide range of breeds — from Border Collies, Shepards, Labs and Pit Bulls to Bulldogs, Hounds, and Chow Chows — each with their own personality, preferences, and needs. I’m comfortable supporting pets with special diets, health conditions, mobility challenges, and unique temperaments. Some highlights of my experience: • Multi-pet household care • Senior & special needs animal support • Emotional Support Animal (ESA) training experience • Familiar with natural remedies & holistic approaches • Maker of custom, all-natural dog treats • Professional pet photographer — your furry friend will get plenty of cute candids! Whether your pet needs a cozy companion while you’re away or an active buddy for long walks and playtime, I’ll show up with kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. I treat every animal as if they’re my own — because I know how important it is to feel peace of mind when someone else is looking after your beloved companion. I’d love to meet you and your pet(s) — let’s chat and see if it’s a good fit! — Sarah 🐾 Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday life! I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m home often and can easily build my day around the pets I’m caring for. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening routines, I love creating a rhythm that matches each pet’s needs. Since I already care for my own dogs and cat daily, adding extra walks, snuggles, or playtime for clients’ pets feels like second nature — and always a joy! In a client’s home, I strive to maintain the routines and environment your pet is most comfortable with — whether that means sticking to preferred walking paths, specific mealtime rituals, or favorite nap spots. I follow feeding routines, administer medication or supplements if needed, and make sure each pet receives individual attention and care. I’m mindful, clean, respectful of your space, and always leave things as I found them (if not better!).

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a teenager. I’ve done my research on breeds and personalities to make sure pets feel comfortable and safe around me. I’m no Cat Whisperer, but I have given cats and kittens baths with no injuries on me 😂 Love to spoil all the goodest boys and girls. Work from Home most days, occasionally I host short events on the weekends. Schedule is flexible and I try my best to manage my time appropriately. I like to keep to pet’s schedule, you being away is change enough ☺️ For walks I like to ask if there’s a specific route the pup prefers.

“Samantha was very sweet and professional. My dogs loved her and I will definitely use her again.”

About: I have a two year old pitty-mix and am experienced in puppy training and care! I’ve had dogs my whole life but also had a leopard gecko for over a decade and lived with a cat in the past! I’m open to all and would love to hang with your furry (or scaly) little one. I’m a recent grad looking for full time employment and I have all the time in the world until the fall to care for your pet! I likely won’t be able to keep your pet in my home as I have a full family with a dog of my own but I’m open to it on a case-by-case basis. I have a fenced in yard. However I’m happy to accommodate your pets needs in your home however is best!

“Jodi is the best! She’s watched my cat a couple of times, and every time, she goes above and beyond. Seriously, my cat might love her more than me at this point! If you need a pet sitter, she’s the one to call.”

About: I’ve been caring for my own dogs as well as pets of family and friends since a young age, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. I treat every pet as if they were my own—ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. My dog is friendly, well-socialized, and enjoys playing with other pets. With your permission, I’m also happy to provide high-quality photos during each visit, so you can see your pet happy and content. I currently work full-time in a hybrid position, which means I’m home about 3 out of 5 weekdays. I’m also available most weekends and enjoy spending time outdoors. During the warmer months, I often take my dog to the dog park for play and exercise. Your pet will receive plenty of attention, care, and companionship, whether we're relaxing at home or enjoying time outside. I do my best to ensure each pet feels safe, happy, and part of the family during their stay. I have an open, unfenced yard, so for safety, all pets will be leashed while outside. We also have a spacious deck where your pet can relax and enjoy the summer breeze. Inside the home, your pet will be free to roam and play under supervision. My own dog is friendly and happy to provide companionship if your pet enjoys socializing. I have a medium-sized crate available if needed, and plenty of toys to keep your pet engaged. Fresh water will always be available, and your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities.

Sarah K.
“I’ve come to know Sarah for over a year now through our yoga studio and she is one of the most incredible people I know. As a Yoga instructor she is warm, kind, thoughtul, and deliveres a strong and energetic class for all her students on and off the mat being there for them whenever called upon. The same devotion and love she pours into yoga is also seen in her career as an amazing freelance photographer. She loves connecting and being with people as evident from her two passions. The only thing that may overtake them is the love she has for her animals. Her dog Lily is a little 30lb Mcnab/Brit Spaniel and is the most adorable, sweet, and loyal companion anyone could ask for. The two are inseparable and seeing the love and care she provides to Lily, and her cat Marlee, is the way she would treat and care for any other animal. Sarah would be an a great dog walker for Rover!”

Lucy M.
“Lucy Moran is an experienced and compassionate caretaker of animals. She is loving, reliable, and attentive to every animal's individual needs and personal quirks. Lucy is a natural, no matter the type of animal, and makes it her goal to provide the upmost care for each furry friend she meets along the way. I have worked with Lucy for 3 years, but it only takes 3 seconds to see that this person has a deep love for animals. Some might say she loves them more than people... Lucy personally has taken care of a wide array of dogs and cats. Her best friend, Joey, suffered from an affliction of seizures. Lucy made sure that he was always properly medicated, and in addition to that, went through a great deal of paperwork to correctly process all of his insurance claims. Lucy bolsters animals' spirits as much as she takes care of their physical needs. She is always chatting and spending time with her animals, and routinely makes sure that they are groomed and exercised. Lucy will sleep on the couch if her pup Roxy looks comfortable on the bed. Not the dog bed (one of several), but the bed made for humans. After all, according to Lucy, Roxy "gets what she wants when she wants it,". While Lucy can sometimes be blinded by her love of all critters, she never misses a beat when an animal is in trouble. Lucy has had experience dealing with various issues animals may encounter: seizures, insect bites, dry pallet syndrome, feeding necessities (both of medical necessity and personal preference), grooming schedules and maintenance, sound-based discomfort, and many more. She is always on the lookout to make sure the animals in her care are as carefree as can be. Lucy will not rest if there is an animal who is not 100% A-OK! While it may sound cliche, the ease that you feel entrusting your furry friends in her care will only be eclipsed by her love of your pets. Lucy will truly love caring for and getting to know your furry family and friends as much as you do. I suspect that for her, the most rewarding part of the Rover experience will be making many new friends. Lastly, Lucy is in general a bright light that radiates with warmth, empathy, and love. Please consider Lucy for all your pet-related needs and wants. Take care.”

Bryan K.
“Bryan is a responsible and nice dog owner. He takes care of his dog Emma like anyone else. Trains her, pet her, takes her for walks and he goes above and beyond because he loves animals.”
