Sarah was a life saver!! The day I had to leave for NH my babysitter had to bail, I scrambled to find someone to care for my sweet little lady Penny 🐈 and Sarah came that SAME afternoon to drop in and take care of her for us. Kayla was truly phenomenal taking care of our cats. She was on time for every appointment and very communicative each day. She even got one of our cats, who never comes out for strangers, to come out for the visit and ensure she was cared for. We are very happy with Kayla and would absolutely book her in the future.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
