What transpired after was nothing short of a blessing. Allison is one of the most professional, detail oriented, punctual and all around pleasant person I've ever met in this field. Her interaction with Milo can only be described as a true dog whisperer. She was patient, calm, attentive and most of all understanding of my dog and his interactions. Milo is a rescue and gets a bit anxious at times but the way he was with Allison is nothing short of awesome. She truly touched his spirit and also that of me and my wife. If we ever need a sitter, it will be her for our first choice and disappointed if we can't get her. Hers is going to be a very tough act to follow.😊”

About: I’m a teacher, lifelong animal lover, and proud pet owner who understands how important it is to feel confident leaving your pets in someone else's care. I treat every animal like they're my own: with patience, attention, and lots of care. I'm detail-oriented, reliable, and always make safety a priority (yes, I'm the person who triple-checks the door!). While this is my first time offering pet care services professionally, I've been trusted for years by family, friends, and neighbors to care for their cats and dogs. I know peace of mind matters, and I'll do everything I can to make both you and your pets feel comfortable and cared for. During the summer I have lots of flexibility, with the exception of the first week of August when I’ll be on vacation. As the school year begins toward the end of August, my availability will be before 7:30 AM and after 3:00 PM. If you need someone to care for your pets, feel free to reach out or keep me in mind! I’m happy to offer boarding in my home, but I like to be upfront about a few things so you can decide what’s best for your pet. I have a dog who gets very excited whenever he sees other dogs. He’s friendly, but his excitement can sometimes be overwhelming or intimidating, even if the dogs are separated by a gate or in different areas of the house. I also have a cat, but she typically keeps to herself and will simply hide when visitors are around. I don’t have a fenced yard, so all outdoor time is on a leash, just as it is for my own dog. With those things in mind, I’ll do everything I can to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for your pet. If your pet would be more comfortable staying in their own home, I’m more than happy to provide drop-in visits or house sitting there as well!

About: Since childhood, I’ve owned multiple dog breeds, cats, and rabbits. I have experience in working with many different sized animals, many different breeds, and animals that can be more challenging. I volunteer in an animal assisted therapy program that caters to children with special needs, in addition to my career as a hairstylist. 🐶 🦮 🐾 I will be caring for your animals in your home, walking them outside in your neighborhood, or at a local park if you’re comfortable. I’m currently unable to care for or board any other animals in my own home.

About: As a dog lover for as long as I can remember, I truly enjoy expanding my caregiving services to others. My household has raised many types of breeds, from German shepherds to golden retrievers to miniature schnauzers. For the last 10 years, I’ve cared for my close friends’ and neighbors’ dogs for their vacations and trips, and would like to offer my services to those who are looking for peace of mind while away! I live very close to a state park for long walks, a fenced in pool area, and spacious backyard. Since my yard is not fenced in, I allow the dogs to roam freely within the pool area or take multiple walks per day in my neighborhood. I also understand what it’s like to worry about my pups while traveling, and would love to be the sense of relief for your four-legged family members! I currently work part-time and my daily schedule tends to vary; however, your pet is my priority before and after my scheduled shift. I understand the importance of consistency in a dog’s routine and will try to stick to it as closely as possible. A lot of love. Additionally, as someone who loves the outdoors, I am happy to host or take care of pets who need a lot of exercise. In terms of safety, I never let them off leash unless the area is fenced in.

About: I’ve had 3 dogs in my life. A puddles to German Shepherd and husky. I’ve always had an natural instinct for animal since I can remember I work Monday to Friday from 8 till 430. I’m free afternoons and weekends. I can always make accommodations to meet the need required for the pet. I live in a half acre home which is fenced. I do have a female German shepherd who is very friendly. My daughters love dog so your pet will always feel as they are in their own home. I do have a crate that belonged to my dog that I can use if needed.

About: I have been a family dog owner for 20 plus years. I have recently retired, lost my dog to old age and want to help other dog owners in need of pet care. I am willing to walk dogs or just check on them if needed Since I am recently retired my schedule is flexible. I can perform dog work in morning or afternoon and into the early evenings as necessary I lost my dog to old age last year. I would walk him daily in fields or parks. I kept him on a leash when needed and rewarded his good behavior with a small treat. I have no problem following any owners instructions on how they want their dog cared for. Safety is paramount for all. I also walk and care for family members dog when needed.

About: Hi! I have had a lot of dogs over the years! I have 6 years of experience. I have always had 5 dogs at once in my home that I have fostered from bad living experiences! Over the years I have always watched dogs and pet sit friends and family’s dogs and anyone else who needs a dog sitter. I have always had such a love for dogs and always treat them like they are my child! I treat them like there my own. I love animals so much and I can’t wait to give yours the unconditional love! I am currently a college student at Eastern Connecticut State University. My days are usually packed from Tuesday to Thursday. Friday to Monday I have mainly all day free.
