About: I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds from as early as I can remember. Being the oldest of my siblings I was the first to have to take on the pet care chores, and this included both our dogs and our cats, and the other types of animals we had in our household. I have pet care experience with dogs and cats, as well as other pets too. When I moved out on my own with my previous partner (2012-2017) we had adopted three rescued cats, and I was the main administer of the diabetic cat’s insulin and late IV fluid treatments. My ex kept our cats in the split, but in 2018 I adopted my first dog completely on my own. She’s a rescue pit bull mix and now, with my current husband, she is joined by another rescued pit bull mix and a rescued cat. Last year we also adopted a red ear slider turtle off the street in Philadelphia and he now enjoys his aquatic terrarium with his guppy and pleco friends. In 2023 I briefly worked for a dog walking company in Ridgefield and was bit by one of the client’s dogs, unprovoked, and because of that I left the service after being blamed for the outburst and attack (despite telling the owners and the employer that the dog was getting increasingly aggressive with me and I wasn’t comfortable walking him anymore). It was the only time I had ever had an animal turn on me like that and it made me rethink working for a service where I wasn’t listened to or given proper protection. My husband and I have been Rover clients since we moved to Connecticut in 2023 and I am very happy to say we have never had a negative experience, which is why I have decided to lend my services to other pets and families in the area that are in need of an experienced pet caretaker. I am a professional actor so I have days that are marked off for auditions and work or rehearsals, however it is not a consistent time or place. I work throughout the Northeast, NYC, and the Mid Atlantic currently with my acting opportunities, but I am also open to short term travel as well. Because of that, my availability is very open some weeks and not as much on others, depending on what projects I am currently involved in and what the scheduling is like. I would love to spend more time your pets in my downtime and give them the attention they require, since mine are pretty saturated in it regularly. I have two dogs, which are extremely friendly and love other dogs, people, and cats! Our cat is very aloof so they wouldn’t be seen much in cases where pet sitting at my home is needed. Our yard is not fenced in but I am very accustomed to taking them out for walks, or having them leashed under my supervision in our yard. Because I live in Newtown, there are plenty of places to get some quality walks in, and we are also not far from open public dog parks either if that suits your furry friend! I also have my own car which I am more than comfortable transporting your pet in or coming to you for check ins or walks. Our dogs are up to date on vaccines so that is not a worry either, and I am diligent in making sure everyone has a great time when their friends (and our human friends) are over too!

About: I have 3 dogs of my own (2 medium dogs and one small) and I have owned pets for most of my life. I also have experience in helping train my sisters service dog. I also have a senior dog and a puppy that I am used to caring for. My schedule is completely flexible and I am able to work around the needs of your pups. I am also able to board your pets for a week if needed! I have a huge open backyard for your dogs to play around. I also have 2 dogs of my own at home who like to play. If needed, I can also crate your dog as well.

About: I have been called Dr. Dolittle my entire life. I have a knack for connecting with animals of all kinds. My very first job was working at a local farm with all different types of animals like horses, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, etc. It was one of my favorite jobs, I got lucky! I also worked at a dog boarding facility which gave me experience working with multiple dogs at once. I always give animals the space to have their specific personality and the respect they deserve, as I would treat a human. Animals are often misunderstood, I’ve always tried to meet them where they stand. If there is one thing I am confident in, it’s making an animal feel safe and comfortable. And they do the same for me :) I would love to meet your faithful friend and see if they find me worthy of a tail wag or a belly pet! I currently work a very flexible part-time job. I have a lot of availability and can be very flexible. Working with animals is more than a job to me, I very much enjoy it. I will find ways to work with you and your pets personal needs. I will travel to your home so your pet can be where they are most comfortable. I work around you and your pets comfort. As a pet owner myself, I understand it can be hard to leave your companions in someone else’s care. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of care, patience, and genuine love I bring to every pet I work with. I make sure doors are secure, hazards are avoided, and your pet is always supervised and safe. I also keep you updated with messages and photos so you feel confident while you’re away. I’m very attentive to behavior and body language, which helps me quickly notice if something feels off. My background as a caregiver has made me especially detail-oriented, patient, and calm in any situation. Cleanliness is also very important to me—I keep feeding areas, litter boxes, and living spaces clean and comfortable at all times. About: I am a very active person i love being out side and going on runs or just simply going on walks. I wake up early everyday and usually go on runs and take my little puppy on walks. I live in a nice area close to town. I love all types of dogs and my schedule is very flexible being a realtor so i am always able to do walks at all times! would love to have overnight stay and would give extra love to all the dogs! I am a full time realtor so my schedule is made by me and can be very flexible. I can be pretty open with my hours. I have a fenced in yard and also own a duplex so I can house different dogs upstairs or separate if need be. I absolutely love dogs and cats so any pet will feel right at home with my care.

About: I've loved to cat and dog sit for my neighbors, friends, and extended family since I was young. I'm sensitive to different pets' needs and have always had a way of connecting with more timid and distrustful animals. I also have over 10 years of experience caring for and working with horses, so I'm comfortable with handling larger animals. I’m super outdoorsy so I’m always happy to take your pets out on a hike or little adventure. I used to take my aunt’s dog out to hike, camp, and swim in rivers! I’ve just graduated from college, so I have a completely open schedule! I’ll be able to go on walks multiple times a day, hang out and play in the house, and give them all the attention they need. I won’t be having your pets stay in my house, but I’m comfortable coming into your living space and accommodating your pets in their home environment. About: I had a childhood cat named Sophie since I was born. We grew up together and she was definitely the reason I knew I wanted to work with animals because I enjoyed helping them so much. I have experience in an extremely busy environment both at an ER and at a dog daycare. I loved working at the Vet and can’t wait to get back to it! I’m on a break from school and want to keep working with animals but give myself a small break from schoolwork and animals are the best mental health tool. I can’t wait to get to know your baby and create a safe, fun and loving environment for them. I am currently on a break from college until I go do my practicum experience at Penn vet hospital is philly. I’m not working during the days right now, I spend them with my cat and would enjoy having a fun baby to take a walk with or just play with! I have a long haired tuxedo cat named juliet. When i’m home from school we have a lot of fun during the day since my family works. She’s so sweet and never fails to make me laugh or to catch random zoomies mid nap. I feed her in the mornings and clean her litter box during the day.

About: Since childhood, I’ve owned multiple dog breeds, cats, rabbits, and birds. I have experience in working with many different sized animals, many different breeds, and animals that can be more challenging. I volunteer in an animal assisted therapy program that caters to children with special needs, in addition to my career as a hairstylist. 🐶 🦮 🐾 I will be caring for your animals in your home, walking them outside in your neighborhood, or at a local park if you’re comfortable. I’m currently unable to care for or board any other animals in my own home.
