About: Hi, my name is Ryan, and I’ve spent a lot of time fostering abandoned dogs. Through that experience, I’ve worked closely with dogs of all kinds, including those with behavioral challenges, helping them build the confidence and skills they need to thrive in loving forever homes. It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey, filled with meaningful connections and plenty of bittersweet goodbyes along the way. Although I’ve decided to take a step back from fostering, I realized just how much joy dogs bring to my everyday life. I’m excited to continue working with dogs by offering caring, reliable dog daycare and boarding services, while putting the experience and skills I’ve developed to good use. I'm at home full time and I'm able to watch your pups all day long! Multiple walks, a trip to the dog park and playtime at home every single day! My approach emphasizes patience, structure, and positive reinforcement to ensure each dog receives attentive, individualized care in a safe and supportive environment with a limited amount of dogs at a time. Dogs are welcome on all furniture and beds, so they can relax wherever they feel most comfortable. If your dog prefers their crate, you're welcome to bring it along, but they're free to make themselves at home anywhere in the house.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life! My family and then myself have adopted and taken care of dogs and cats of all ages but more recently, I have adopted senior dogs and taken care of all their needs. I work at Western Connecticut with lots of flexibility in my schedule! I’m usually available to come and go during the day if needed and only live a few minutes from work. The complex I live in is very dog friendly! I had my dog with there until she passed. There are lots of designated dog walking areas, dog grooming and wash rooms.

About: My husband and I live in a cabin in the woods (literally!) and have been dog owners our whole lives. We have our own 12 year old mixed breed dog and a fenced in back yard area for the dogs to mingle and do business as they please. My husband works from home and makes his own schedule, so we make sure your pet(s) are getting the care and attention they need. We also do not take more than one dog sitting gig at a time so that our dog and your dog(s) establish a pack and are comfortable and safe in our home. My husband works from home 5 days a week and makes his own schedule. I work from home Mondays and Fridays and any weekend travel is updated through our app months in advance We are hyper aware of any changes in your pets disposition, eating and drinking behavior, and we always pick up #2 from our yard so we are very in-tune to any changes in the bathroom department 🤣. We know first-hand that it can be stressful leaving your pet at an unfamiliar home and find that having another dog around (as well as a dog cam in the house) helps them relax while also allowing us to make sure they’re adjusting okay even if we are out running errands. We make sure that the dogs are never home alone for longer than 4 hours maximum, and are well exercised before any time they’re left alone. We also do let them sleep on the couches and make sure they get plenty of cuddles during their stay with us.

About: I’ve had a lifelong love for animals and experience caring for pets of all kinds. I previously worked at a veterinary office, have house sat for friends and family, and volunteer at my local shelter in my free time. Along with cats and dogs, I also have experience caring for chickens, ducks, and reptiles. I am available in the mornings from 6am-10am and afternoon starting at 3pm. Free all day Sundays and can make time in my schedule for all day availability on Saturdays with advanced notice. I also make my own schedule at work so i am pretty flexible. About: I am a ER RN working at a hospital so I only work three days a week. So I have been looking at ways to fulfill my four days off by engaging in things that make me happy which of course is the affection of animals. I have experience in fostering dogs as well for months at a time. I have dog walked for my neighbors in my condo complex also. I have also fed my friends and sister’s cats as well when they are out of town. My dog recently passed away last year, so I just wanted a way to spend some quality time with other animals as well. I work three days a week and I have four days off. And I work every other Saturday and Sunday. Depending on my work schedule, I could find time for before and after my shift. I have a very high sense of safety knowing it’s my duty since my main profession is a nurse. So I will make sure pets are safe, and not in any harms way. I have two cats, I always make sure my doors are locked, bathrooms and cabinet doors are closed. During a visit, it will be my duty to make sure animals are safe before I leave. Making sure doors are and fences are closed.

About: I've always had animals growing up that I was responsible for - rabbits, cats, dogs and fish! Currently, I have a cat and two dogs of my own. When caring for your pet in your home, it is based on your guidelines that you provide me and safety. This means that I will follow whatever rules you have in place, but will also make sure that your animal is safe and happy above all else. In regards to dogs, I can also work on any training goals you may have while they are in my care for an additional fee.

About: I have experience with pets of all kinds — high-energy dogs who need long hikes and treat-based enrichment, small animals and cats I’ve grown up with, and senior dogs who need a softer touch. I take pride in tuning in to each pet’s unique needs, whether that’s adventure, comfort, or calm companionship. I work from home Monday and Friday where my morning starts with letting my dog out, feeding our guinea pigs, and letting our turkeys out into their pen. Saturday and Sunday are usually weather dependent. If it’s bad weather out I will break out the snuffle mat for some mental stimulation for my dog. If it’s nice I usually go on at least one long hike. Pets kept overnight will be kept in the spare bedroom, which has a bed they can sleep on, or space for a crate. I have one which can be used if pet is crate trained. During the work day they will be kept separate from my dog using gates and dogs get to run around in our fenced in yard.
