About: I’ve had 2-3 dogs in my house since I was in middle school. Since high school, I began dog, cat, and baby sitting for my neighbor on a regular basis and even continued while on breaks from college and after graduation. About: I recently graduated from Harcum college In PA with a degree in veterinary nursing and it was definitely a long ride but all worth it! I had a childhood cat named Sophie since I was born. We grew up together, she was a calico and she was definitely the reason I knew I wanted to work with animals because I enjoyed helping them so much. She passed at 20 years old right before I left for college and was my motivation through all of it. My current Lab is our sitting “mascot” and she welcomes all dogs to our homestay center. She was an adoptee from an elderly couple. My young adult son & dog-lover is a great co-host to care for and play with your pet. Pets are like family here and they will be loved, cared for and respected. We will give play, attention, exercise, love and create a setting where your pet feels comfortable and not stressed. We should do a meet and greet with our dogs prior to first boarding. The yard here is fully fenced, but I only let dogs out in the yard with supervision. I will give walks/hikes, as you like. Your dog can sleep and hang-out in whatever area of the house is comfortable to him or her. If they prefer a crate, we can. If they prefer their own room, they can have my lower level finished room. If they like to mix it up with the family they can. We cater to your dog and help to diminish their stress and let them be themselves. If the pup is stressed and needs extra attention at night, they can sleep in the bedroom, ( sometimes on the bed, only if you allow that) . I have cared for multiple senior and special needs dogs, providing medication, and special care routines. We look forward to getting to know your loving pet and offering them a home away from home! Pet Care is a dominant share of our daily lives. Someone is here most of the day, so lots of interaction and attention is provided. If we run out , here or there ( as you would at home) each dog get’s their own space to hang-out. Dogs visiting from different families are only together, when supervised. My Home-Away-Vacay-Stay has a fully fenced yard with plenty of toys. Run of the house and cuddles with our family make your pup feel at home.

About: I’m a serial long-term pet sitter, and have been pet sitting through Rover for several years! Our family- myself, my partner, Will, our 9 year old son & 5 year old daughter- are huge animal fans! I’ve owned dogs, cats, fish, and lizards myself. We currently have an outgoing, friendly, & vocal black cat named Calzone and a Tetra tank we affectionately call “The Kids”. I am the go-to pet sitter for several family members, friends, and neighbors. We have had pets stay with us for long term stays. So, long term & frequent stays are A-OK… your pet will be cared for like part of the family. I am comfortable caring for farm/hobby farm animals at your home as well. We moved to Bethel (Will & I grew up in the area) in 2024 from our home in Fairfield where we lived for almost 10 years & where I started with Rover! Our home is a single family farmhouse with a huge open yard, meadow, and ponds, abutting wooded trails and a short walk to Huntington Park. Our yard is not fenced, and although our street is relatively quiet, we always are with our visitor dogs when outside. Dogs with strong prey drive might not be a good fit for stays at our house, but could be a great fit for care in your home, walks, etc.

About: I have experience with pets of all kinds — high-energy dogs who need long hikes and treat-based enrichment, small animals and cats I’ve grown up with, and senior dogs who need a softer touch. I take pride in tuning in to each pet’s unique needs, whether that’s adventure, comfort, or calm companionship. I work from home Monday and Friday where my morning starts with letting my dog out, feeding our guinea pigs, and letting our turkeys out into their pen. Saturday and Sunday are usually weather dependent. If it’s bad weather out I will break out the snuffle mat for some mental stimulation for my dog. If it’s nice I usually go on at least one long hike. Pets kept overnight will be kept in the spare bedroom, which has a bed they can sleep on, or space for a crate. I have one which can be used if pet is crate trained. During the work day they will be kept separate from my dog using gates and dogs get to run around in our fenced in yard.

About: I’m reliable, communicative, and will always keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’ve been around and caring for dogs for most of my life, including my own dog Max, who I got when I was 14 and truly consider my soul dog. He passed away in July 2025 from complications related to megaesophagus, but for a year and a half before that, I helped manage his condition after we were initially told he only had 30 days to live. That experience taught me so much about patience, consistency, and providing attentive, specialized care. Because of these experiences, I’m especially comfortable with dogs who may need extra patience, have medical needs, or experience anxiety. I work full-time during the week, but I’m always available for morning and evening visits, including feeding, walks, playtime, and general care. I’m off every other weekend, as well as some Mondays and Fridays, which gives me extra flexibility for longer visits or overnight stays. I’m also happy to accommodate overnight care when needed, so your pet can stick to their normal routine and feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m reliable, communicative, and will make sure your pet gets consistent care and attention. In a client’s home, I aim to keep things as consistent as possible—following feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I’m comfortable with feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes or picking up after pets, and making sure they get plenty of attention and care. I also make sure your home is respected and kept tidy while you’re away. For overnight stays, I help maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable in their environment.
