About: I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds from as early as I can remember. Being the oldest of my siblings I was the first to have to take on the pet care chores, and this included both our dogs and our cats, and the other types of animals we had in our household. I have pet care experience with dogs and cats, as well as other pets too. When I moved out on my own with my previous partner (2012-2017) we had adopted three rescued cats, and I was the main administer of the diabetic cat’s insulin and late IV fluid treatments. My ex kept our cats in the split, but in 2018 I adopted my first dog completely on my own. She’s a rescue pit bull mix and now, with my current husband, she is joined by another rescued pit bull mix and a rescued cat. Last year we also adopted a red ear slider turtle off the street in Philadelphia and he now enjoys his aquatic terrarium with his guppy and pleco friends. In 2023 I briefly worked for a dog walking company in Ridgefield and was bit by one of the client’s dogs, unprovoked, and because of that I left the service after being blamed for the outburst and attack (despite telling the owners and the employer that the dog was getting increasingly aggressive with me and I wasn’t comfortable walking him anymore). It was the only time I had ever had an animal turn on me like that and it made me rethink working for a service where I wasn’t listened to or given proper protection. My husband and I have been Rover clients since we moved to Connecticut in 2023 and I am very happy to say we have never had a negative experience, which is why I have decided to lend my services to other pets and families in the area that are in need of an experienced pet caretaker. I am a professional actor so I have days that are marked off for auditions and work or rehearsals, however it is not a consistent time or place. I work throughout the Northeast, NYC, and the Mid Atlantic currently with my acting opportunities, but I am also open to short term travel as well. Because of that, my availability is very open some weeks and not as much on others, depending on what projects I am currently involved in and what the scheduling is like. I would love to spend more time your pets in my downtime and give them the attention they require, since mine are pretty saturated in it regularly. I have two dogs, which are extremely friendly and love other dogs, people, and cats! Our cat is very aloof so they wouldn’t be seen much in cases where pet sitting at my home is needed. Our yard is not fenced in but I am very accustomed to taking them out for walks, or having them leashed under my supervision in our yard. Because I live in Newtown, there are plenty of places to get some quality walks in, and we are also not far from open public dog parks either if that suits your furry friend! I also have my own car which I am more than comfortable transporting your pet in or coming to you for check ins or walks. Our dogs are up to date on vaccines so that is not a worry either, and I am diligent in making sure everyone has a great time when their friends (and our human friends) are over too!

About: My family has had one or more dogs since I can remember; big and small, calm and active! Taking care of animals is one of my passions, not only does it benefit the pet to receive attentive and genuine care, but it’s awesome to spend some time bonding with animals personally! I’m currently working part time and going to be starting school, open to boarding on weekends but can do checkins, sit ins, walks etc. Anytime I’m free, I LOVE walking/hiking so will always be willing to take your pet on a nice walk. I have a fenced in yard, and one other small female dog. I also own 2 ferrets which free roam in the basement (the only off limits area). The yard is completely fenced so the pet will have access to the entire yard and also access to house.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover who can’t imagine life without dogs. My family has two dogs that I grew up with, and they’ve been such a huge part of my life. Over the past 8 years, I’ve cared for cats and dogs, both large and small breeds, giving me experience with a wide variety of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I have weekend, mornings, midday and nights available, so anytime you need I’ll be available. Week long pet sitting is also available. I have experience with large and small dogs both needing a crate and not. I love going on long walks, so if your baby needs a long engaging walk I am your person! I have experience with feeding wet and dry food, as well as giving liquid and pill medication!

About: I have taken care of and walked many types of dogs since I can remember. Neighbors have relied on me to take care of their pets when they were away on vacation. I am currently searching for work but I am able to walk animals on the daily. I am also able to drop into peoples homes on the daily I will ensure the safety of the animal following the instructions of the owner. About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was young, dog sitting for neighbors and family members! I have taken care of dogs of all sizes from 5lbs all the way to 75lbs! I am currently a 1st year student in the Physical Therapy program at Sacred Heart University. I am available to stop by between classes and am available most weekends as well! I have a good amount of free time open and can't wait to start taking care of your animals! I live in an apartment which is dog and cat friendly. It has its own mini dog park/area on site. It also has lots of walking trails for some long walks.
