About: We are Samantha & Thiago! We are both self-employed - an online retailer (Samantha) and a data scientist (Thiago). Working remotely has allowed us the great privilege of traveling the world while meeting incredible people, animals, and discovering new and fascinating ways of life. Housesitting and petsitting been one of the greatest joys in our life. We are fun-loving and responsible lovers of animals and are experienced with a variety of species including cats, dogs, snakes, guinea pigs, rabbit, birds, fish, and many more! As self-employed remote workers, we enjoy flexible schedules that allow us to be fully present and dedicate much of our time to caring for and spending quality moments with animals. We offer both short-term and long-term pet sitting, plant care, and house sitting, with flexible daytime and overnight services. Our care includes daily check-ins, feeding, playtime, and regular dog-walking sessions.

About: I’ve dealt with pets of all kinds. Big, small, medium, and ones that aren’t potty trained. However, I love all animals! You’re pet will be my top priority, and they will be in good hands for the duration of time that I am needed! As a college freshman on summer break, I have plenty of time on my hands to tend to your pet. Even after finding a job, your pet will be my priority! I own a mini-dachshund who you will find either bubbling with energy, or basking in the sunshine in the back yard. His activity level is completely dependent on our behavior! Thanks to his loving personality, he is always by our side and being loved. He has free access to water whenever he needs it and is fed twice per day. Rocky would never run away, as his he too emotionally attached and can’t stand to be alone for even five minutes!

About: Hi! I’m Annabelle, I’m 20 years old, and I’ve been taking care of dogs all my life! I first got two dogs at six years old and since then we’ve had another 10! We’ve had a mix of labradors, pitbulls and great pyrenees! I also used to dog sit for a family with roughly 13 dogs (some were their personal dogs and some fosters so the number varied). These dogs ranged from cane corsos to chihuahuas so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities! I also used to dog sit during that time as well for various other families. I have experience with both puppies and elder dogs as well! Overall I’m very comfortable taking care of dogs and enjoy it very much! I typically go on a lot of walks and hikes during the week because I really enjoy getting outside and moving my body. Sometimes I take my dogs on walks, but they’re all a bit lazy, so being able to walk other dogs would fit perfectly into my schedule and I would love to do so. Otherwise my schedule is very flexible. In my home I always have an eye on my babies and I’m always snuggling with them! I would take care of anyone else’s pets as I treat my own, with lots of love and care! I also like to set little reminders for when the pets need to go outside, eat, or take any medications, just as an extra precaution. I always do my best to ensure my pets as well as others are always as comfortable and happy as possible when they’re with me!

About: I have taken care of many, many dogs. I can also come whenever and multiple times a day! No issue! I love playing with dogs just as much as I love taking care of them. I can take care of them at any time. Never too early or too late. I can come multiple times a day or just once! Whatever is needed. I ensure to always have them on leash and in a fenced area. If I am walking the dog and a car comes I ensure s/he is in between my legs. I can also crate the dog if needed.

About: Hi! I'm Rachel and I'd love to care for your pet! Willing to accept outside of my service range (rate changes may apply). I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember - basically, if it has fur, fins, wings, or whiskers, I'm a fan. I've proudly been a cat mom since 2010 and my 3 current babies are my whole world (and let's be real, my personality too). Since 2023, I've been volunteering with cats and small animals at a local shelter (affectionately known there as "Cat Rachel"), working with cats of all different temperaments -from shy wallflowers, snuggly lovebugs, fur divas, and the “don’t-look-at-me” types. I've also been pet-sitting on and off since 2010 including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, bunnies, and tropical fish. If your trust your pet with me, I will: - treat them like they're part of my own fur-family - be patient while they warm up to me (I let them set the vibe) - follow your instructions and respect your home - give them dedicated quality time in the way they enjoy (whether that be play-time, cuddling, walks, quiet companionship, etc. - send regular updates and photos Basically, if your pet needs love, snacks, or someone to treat them like the tiny celebrity they are, I’ve got it covered. For full transparency I am a full-time working professional. I work in the Ridgefield area 4 days a week with Fridays as my work-from-home day. I'm really mindful about my schedule and only take on visits I can give my full attention to. While cats are definitely my specialty these days, I’m always happy to consider other animals too! Mondays through Thursdays: AM & PM visits before and after work, sometimes can do a lunchtime visit if in Ridgefield. Fridays: AM & PM visit, sometimes can do a lunchtime visit if in Shelton, overnight stays. Saturdays and Sundays: Flexible, 3 visits a day, and overnight stays. Safety is my #1 priority - ensuring your pets feel secure and comfortable. My goal is to provide a stress-free, trustworthy experience which is why I only accept bookings I can confidently handle based on each pet's needs and my experience. During my visits: - I respect your space and follow all care instructions and house rules. - I ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure. Doors are opened with extreme caution. - I ensure they have access to everything they need and their water dishes are full. - For cats, even if they sometimes goes outside, they must be and remain inside for the entirety of my visit. I will ensure their litter boxes are cleaned. - For dogs, there will be double checks of leashes, collars, and/or harnesses.

About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was 14. I can take care of a high energy puppy who needs to get all of their energy out. I love spending time with older, calmer dogs as well who need just as much love. I am very on top of it when taking care of your pets and will make sure they get the best care possible. I also have experience with cats and can make sure they are as comfortable as possible. I am also very flexible in the type of care and the times you need! i’m not really busy during the summer so I have plenty of time to watch your pets. I do have a part-time restaurant job, but I only work once to twice a week. I have a big yard for your dog to roam around. I would need you to provide a crate or a leash for your pets.
