My name is Sam and I'm here to help ease your anxiety 🩷 I'm all too familiar with the constant cloud of worry that can follow you around when you're not with your dog, so I will do anything I can to help alleviate any anxiety you have about leaving your best friend at home for the day (or while you go on that much-needed vacation)! I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember and have been taking care of them since I was in high school. From raising a puppy to caring for a senior, I've been there through every stage of life. I have experience managing chronic conditions that require medication multiple times a day, dietary restrictions, and administering sub-q fluids. About: I have been babysitting for my neighbors, friends, and family. They really rely on me to take care of their babies when they are on vacation, at work, or running late. They have also asked me to run home and take care of their animals. I'm currently working a part-time job, so I have plenty of time to walk and play with your pups! I'm available on the weekends and weekdays. I have a multiz male dog who is very friendly and playful. He is used to being around other dogs and loves to go to the dog park to play with them.

My home is a relaxed space for cats or dogs to roam freely. My community offers a fenced in dog park and in my unit I have plenty of vertical space for your cat to rule over, including 2 cat towers and plenty of enrichment toys. I also have a catio on my balcony for some fresh air. If needed, I will separate my cats from more reactive animals while in my care.

About: I've had 3 cats and 2 dogs. My current dog is 13. They've all lived a long, happy life. I would be happy to share my love with animals other than my own. Working part-time allows me time to spend with my dog as well as others. I can accomodate any time Monday-Thursday and limited times Friday, Saturday and Sunday. About: I've been a dog person my entire life, I enjoy hiking and I love nothing more than being out in nature with a pup by my side. My schedule is extremely flexible so I can be there whenever you need me to be. And inclement weather doesn't stop me from getting your pup out! I have a fully fenced in yard and am walking distance to Winslow Park. I'm also a short drive away from Compo Beach if your pup likes to swim.

About: I grew up with a house full of pets. The most at one time being three dogs, three cats, and some fish ( and do siblings count? 😉 ) All that's to say that I have a lifetime of experience caring for animals and for the pets of family, neighbors and friends. Living in South Norwalk, it’s a very pet friendly, fun neighborhood - with a dog park not too far and lots of walkable routes. I’m up early and very active, so rest assured your furry love will get all the attention they could possibly want, and more. If boarding your pet, I have a gated entrance but will most likely take your pup to a dog park (if they’re social) or long walks around the neighborhood. I live in an apartment so it’ll be fairly easy to keep an eye on all pets, and there’s a lot of open floor space to romp. If pet sitting at your residence, I will respect your rules and attend to whatever needs arise to make your pet feel the most loved, comfortable and happy while you’re away.
