About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is the personalized care and attention I give to every dog. Snowdrop has renal failure and is blind so she needs additional tender loving care. Dahn took care of all her needs including diapering her and tending to her poopy accidents. About: I have taken care of and walked many types of dogs since I can remember. Neighbors have relied on me to take care of their pets when they were away on vacation. I am currently searching for work but I am able to walk animals on the daily. I am also able to drop into peoples homes on the daily I will ensure the safety of the animal following the instructions of the owner. About: Hi! I'm Rachel and I'd love to care for your pet! Willing to accept outside of my service range (rate changes may apply). I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember - basically, if it has fur, fins, wings, or whiskers, I'm a fan. I've proudly been a cat mom since 2010 and my 3 current babies are my whole world (and let's be real, my personality too). Since 2023, I've been volunteering with cats and small animals at a local shelter (affectionately known there as "Cat Rachel"), working with cats of all different temperaments -from shy wallflowers, snuggly lovebugs, fur divas, and the “don’t-look-at-me” types. I've also been pet-sitting on and off since 2010 including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, bunnies, and tropical fish. If your trust your pet with me, I will: - treat them like they're part of my own fur-family - be patient while they warm up to me (I let them set the vibe) - follow your instructions and respect your home - give them dedicated quality time in the way they enjoy (whether that be play-time, cuddling, walks, quiet companionship, etc. - send regular updates and photos Basically, if your pet needs love, snacks, or someone to treat them like the tiny celebrity they are, I’ve got it covered. For full transparency I am a full-time working professional. I work in the Ridgefield area 4 days a week with Fridays as my work-from-home day. I'm really mindful about my schedule and only take on visits I can give my full attention to. While cats are definitely my specialty these days, I’m always happy to consider other animals too! Mondays through Thursdays: AM & PM visits before and after work, sometimes can do a lunchtime visit if in Ridgefield. Fridays: AM & PM visit, sometimes can do a lunchtime visit if in Shelton, overnight stays. Saturdays and Sundays: Flexible, 3 visits a day, and overnight stays. Safety is my #1 priority - ensuring your pets feel secure and comfortable. My goal is to provide a stress-free, trustworthy experience which is why I only accept bookings I can confidently handle based on each pet's needs and my experience. During my visits: - I respect your space and follow all care instructions and house rules. - I ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure. Doors are opened with extreme caution. - I ensure they have access to everything they need and their water dishes are full. - For cats, even if they sometimes goes outside, they must be and remain inside for the entirety of my visit. I will ensure their litter boxes are cleaned. - For dogs, there will be double checks of leashes, collars, and/or harnesses.

About: Im comfortable working with friendly dogs of different ages, including puppies who need extra attention and older dogs who may need a slower, more gentle approach. Plus, my dog is very friendly and enjoys the company, which can help other dogs feel more comfortable and social. I’m currently in school for ultrasound, so with my full-time schedule, I’ve been looking for a flexible way to earn some extra income. I really enjoy walking my dog, and I’m interested in turning that into a small business to help others who need dog walking services while also building connections with other dogs. My dog is very friendly and would definitely enjoy the extra company. I care for pets in both my home and my client’s home, depending on the service. I make sure they have a safe, clean space, follow their feeding and walking routines, and give them plenty of attention. About: Hi my name is Sofia! 😁🐾 Growing up I’ve had a range of pets, from hamsters to iguanas. Dogs have always been in my life! I’ve owned two Rat Terriers and currently go on frequent walks with my partners yorkie poo. I take pride in my care for animals, as well as people. I was my own grandmas care provider, as well as a Diet Aid Server for the senior living, so I understand the necessity for patience, routine, and consistency. Your pet will be in great hands while we await your return! I’m looking to board on the weekdays (Mon-Thurs) at any time, and I am available on the weekends (Fri-Sun) in the early morning to early afternoon. When I dog walk, I don’t wear headphones or earbuds for my own as well as my dog’s safety. I also always put protective weather gear on the dogs I walk when it’s chilly, snowy, or rainy! I prioritize early morning or late evening walking when it’s hot.

I received an associate veterinary degree earlier in life and have had a passion for animals all my life. I have always owned dogs until I had to put down my last dog- a Weimeraner. Since then- I have enjoyed getting close to my clients dogs. I do walks/feedings and also board clients dogs at my home when they are away. I’ve learn to work with all ages, breeds, behaviors. The best part? Knowing that people entrust me to bring their fur babies back to me, and knowing that the dogs are excited to return. I have a part time job currently so I have plenty of time to be with your pet(s) whenever I’m not at work, so it’s flexible. I like to thoroughly ask questions about the dog I’ll be taking care of (food, any medications? Exercise? Do they like to play? Etc.) “Kayla's care for my insulin dependent senior cat was amazing. I was a little hesitant hiring someone new, as I had just moved to the area. But Kayla truly made me feel as though she had Buster's best interest in mind! She gave me detailed information about how Buster was doing during her visit updates on Rover, and sent along photos. When I got back home, Buster missed me but was very relaxed, which means that he felt very taken care of! Kayla even put ice cubes in Buster's water since it was a little hot here while I was away. And she was sure to alert me if she was running behind for a scheduled visit, though considering how many people she likely has as clients, that is understandable! I would hire her again in a heartbeat.”

About: I have taken care of animals ever since I can remember as I grew up with lots of pets and took on responsibility for them from an early age. I have worked on a farm in the past, which gave me the chance to work with all kinds of animals. I love all animals, especially dogs. I have had the opportunity to channel that love into pet sitting and walking other pets for neighbors and clients for about a year.
