I received an associate veterinary degree earlier in life and have had a passion for animals all my life. I have always owned dogs until I had to put down my last dog- a Weimeraner. I currently have a 16-year-old Papillon, and I was blessed to have my Pit Bull for 13 wonderful years before she passed away last year. I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember - basically, if it has fur, fins, wings, or whiskers, I'm a fan. I've proudly been a cat mom since 2010 and my 3 current babies are my whole world (and let's be real, my personality too). Since 2023, I've been volunteering with cats and small animals at a local shelter (affectionately known there as "Cat Rachel"), working with cats of all different temperaments -from shy wallflowers, snuggly lovebugs, fur divas, and the “don’t-look-at-me” types. I've also been pet-sitting on and off since 2010 including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, bunnies, and tropical fish. Mondays through Thursdays: AM & PM visits before and after work, sometimes can do a lunchtime visit if in Ridgefield. Fridays: AM & PM visit, sometimes can do a lunchtime visit if in Shelton, overnight stays. Saturdays and Sundays: Flexible, 3 visits a day, and overnight stays. Safety is my #1 priority - ensuring your pets feel secure and comfortable. My goal is to provide a stress-free, trustworthy experience which is why I only accept bookings I can confidently handle based on each pet's needs and my experience. During my visits: - I respect your space and follow all care instructions and house rules. - I ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure. Doors are opened with extreme caution. - I ensure they have access to everything they need and their water dishes are full. - For cats, even if they sometimes goes outside, they must be and remain inside for the entirety of my visit. I will ensure their litter boxes are cleaned. - For dogs, there will be double checks of leashes, collars, and/or harnesses.

About: My name is Katiana Thoby and I have been dog sitting since 2017. I am able to watch your cute pets any time of the week (unless the day is marked off)! You will love my patience, kindness, and affection towards the dog. I've watched my friends' dogs before and learned how to work with them and take care of them properly. I enjoyed playing some games like fetch and running around with them. Since my parents don't like animals, I can't have my own dog. When I have my own house, I want a dog of my own so this will be a good experience for me. Thank you and I hope to work with you soon.. I am currently working full time so I will be available to dog sit on the weekends or tuesdays after 5:30pm! Just let me know in advance and I can open a booking for you. I will be available on some holidays but I will let you know in advance! Please make sure to book at least two days in advance. That way, I can make sure I don’t have any other appointments that day. I may accommodate some last minute bookings if I am available the whole stay period. Most of the time, they stay indoors and I attend to them as much as possible! They will be fed on the times provided and well taken care of! If you would like me to provide a bath as well, please let me know. I love playing with them so I usually bring your pets to the park as long as the owner is okay with it (also provides a leash)!

About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was 14. I can take care of a high energy puppy who needs to get all of their energy out. I love spending time with older, calmer dogs as well who need just as much love. I am very on top of it when taking care of your pets and will make sure they get the best care possible. I also have experience with cats and can make sure they are as comfortable as possible. I am also very flexible in the type of care and the times you need! i’m not really busy during the summer so I have plenty of time to watch your pets. I do have a part-time restaurant job, but I only work once to twice a week. I have a big yard for your dog to roam around. I would need you to provide a crate or a leash for your pets.

About: My family has adopted 4 dogs over the span of 10 years. I have good experience with taking care of my family friends dogs and other fury friends! I am currently at home for the summer in Norwalk, but usually I am living in Bridgeport attending Sacred Heart University as a rising senior! I have a good amount of free time open and can't wait to start taking care of your animals! I live in an apartment which is dog and cat friendly. It has its own mini dog park/area on site. It also has lots of walking trails for some long walks.
