About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was 7 years old. I’m comfortable feeding, bathing, walking, etc any type of dog. I go to college locally so I’m very flexible with hours and i’m available to message at anytime. I’m comfortable driving to any town in Fairfield county as well. I have a 4 acre yard that’s partially fenced in. I have multiple leaches and harnesses of various sizes. I have two young dogs of my own who are very friendly. I have dog toys and other supplies as well.

During the week I’m happy to drop in after work, around 4! You can ensure that your pup will get plenty of walks and playtime outside of my working hours. About: Hello! Our names are Mai and Alfredo. Mai is 23yo and has been doing rover for about 4-5years but has been taking care of animals since the age of 13. Alfredo is 25yo and recently moved to CT from FL. He has had animals, specifically dogs, all his life. Mai recently graduated from SCSU and is working Full-Time as a Pharmacy Tech but plans on continuing her education to become a OB/GYN Sonographer. Alfredo is currently employed Part-Time and this is why we are doing this together! If Mai is unavailable, Alfredo can step in so we can always be available for pet parents!🐾 We are happy to travel to you and care for your babies at your home even overnight if needed! We make sure your pets have sufficient water/food before leaving and as well as clean up any accidents that have happened in your home. We like to make sure your fur babies will be okay until you arrive! For overnight house sitting we require a meet-and-greet with you and your pets prior so you and your babies can get to know us and so we can cover any basics and questions you or we may have! We want to make sure you leave with peace of mind knowing your babies are in good hands! 🙏🏼

About: I have been a cat owner since I was little girl and have never met a cat that I didn’t love. I look forward to meeting your fur babyz I work full time local to the west haven area. My hours are much shorter on the weekends which would allow me to spend more time with your pet during visits. My work hours are consistent each week which would allow me to schedule drop in visits in the morning as well in the evening. Any cat care needed I will be able to take care of. Such as all the cleaning of the litter boxes, feedings, and of course playing with them.

About: My name is Katiana Thoby and I have been dog sitting since 2017. I am able to watch your cute pets any time of the week (unless the day is marked off)! You will love my patience, kindness, and affection towards the dog. I've watched my friends' dogs before and learned how to work with them and take care of them properly. I enjoyed playing some games like fetch and running around with them. Since my parents don't like animals, I can't have my own dog. When I have my own house, I want a dog of my own so this will be a good experience for me. Thank you and I hope to work with you soon.. I am currently working full time so I will be available to dog sit on the weekends or tuesdays after 5:30pm! Just let me know in advance and I can open a booking for you. I will be available on some holidays but I will let you know in advance! Please make sure to book at least two days in advance. That way, I can make sure I don’t have any other appointments that day. I may accommodate some last minute bookings if I am available the whole stay period. Most of the time, they stay indoors and I attend to them as much as possible! They will be fed on the times provided and well taken care of! If you would like me to provide a bath as well, please let me know. I love playing with them so I usually bring your pets to the park as long as the owner is okay with it (also provides a leash)!

Frisby is a vet school rescue and comes with some quirks, and as she ages more medical needs. Ellyana handled all aspects of Frisby's care very well. I also appreciate her communication skills on the "people" side asking us what we needed to feel most comfortable leaving Frisby. About: I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds from as early as I can remember. Being the oldest of my siblings I was the first to have to take on the pet care chores, and this included both our dogs and our cats, and the other types of animals we had in our household. I have pet care experience with dogs and cats, as well as other pets too. When I moved out on my own with my previous partner (2012-2017) we had adopted three rescued cats, and I was the main administer of the diabetic cat’s insulin and late IV fluid treatments. My ex kept our cats in the split, but in 2018 I adopted my first dog completely on my own. She’s a rescue pit bull mix and now, with my current husband, she is joined by another rescued pit bull mix and a rescued cat. Last year we also adopted a red ear slider turtle off the street in Philadelphia and he now enjoys his aquatic terrarium with his guppy and pleco friends. In 2023 I briefly worked for a dog walking company in Ridgefield and was bit by one of the client’s dogs, unprovoked, and because of that I left the service after being blamed for the outburst and attack (despite telling the owners and the employer that the dog was getting increasingly aggressive with me and I wasn’t comfortable walking him anymore). It was the only time I had ever had an animal turn on me like that and it made me rethink working for a service where I wasn’t listened to or given proper protection. My husband and I have been Rover clients since we moved to Connecticut in 2023 and I am very happy to say we have never had a negative experience, which is why I have decided to lend my services to other pets and families in the area that are in need of an experienced pet caretaker. I am a professional actor so I have days that are marked off for auditions and work or rehearsals, however it is not a consistent time or place. I work throughout the Northeast, NYC, and the Mid Atlantic currently with my acting opportunities, but I am also open to short term travel as well. Because of that, my availability is very open some weeks and not as much on others, depending on what projects I am currently involved in and what the scheduling is like. I would love to spend more time your pets in my downtime and give them the attention they require, since mine are pretty saturated in it regularly. I have two dogs, which are extremely friendly and love other dogs, people, and cats! Our cat is very aloof so they wouldn’t be seen much in cases where pet sitting at my home is needed. Our yard is not fenced in but I am very accustomed to taking them out for walks, or having them leashed under my supervision in our yard. Because I live in Newtown, there are plenty of places to get some quality walks in, and we are also not far from open public dog parks either if that suits your furry friend! I also have my own car which I am more than comfortable transporting your pet in or coming to you for check ins or walks. Our dogs are up to date on vaccines so that is not a worry either, and I am diligent in making sure everyone has a great time when their friends (and our human friends) are over too!
