About: I have taken care of dogs from a young age, I started dog sitting at the age of 12 for family friends. Recently I got a dog myself that is a Havanese puddle, her name is Lily and I adore her and miss her so much since she is back home. I have always had dogs as a part of my life and want to continue this by helping people with their own dogs here. Pet care fits into my schedule either weekly or daily depending on what is being asked. On Mondays, I can help after 2 pm. As for Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am pretty busy. But on Wednesdays and Fridays I have a really flexible schedule. At home, I care for my dog by walking, feeding, grooming, and playing with her as much as possible. I think it is very important to make sure that dogs have long walks and have amplitudes of playing time, which I think I am able to do with my own dog.

About: I've lived with dogs since I was four, and have seriously cared for dogs since I was 12. My first dog lived to a grand age of 18, with loving care and judicious pet care. I currently care for 3 dogs at my home, one of whom is a large breed, and trained her from a stubborn attitude (Anatolian Shepherd-Great Pyrenees mix). My partners and friends all trust me greatly with their pets and rely on me for pet care. I currently work part time, and can work my hours around when you need me. I can stay all day with your dogs and provide necessary attention. I am comfortable with dogs of various sizes and temperaments. I can provide necessary attention, walk, crate, and clean up after your pets. I can also administer oral medication.

About: I have spent 10 years of my life taking care of my own animals and families pet. On top of schooling to provide the best care possible. Currently part time, my availability is Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Hours can be interchangeable; never be afraid to ask :). Completely free those days to be attentive to your pets. I’ve had dogs all my life. I know how to play with animals for maximum exercise, can follow dietary instructions and have a deep rooted love for all species. Dogs are the babies in my home and receive the utmost care and love. Never worry about other dogs in the home or mistreatment from others.

About: Hello! Our names are Mai and Alfredo. Mai is 23yo and has been doing rover for about 4-5years but has been taking care of animals since the age of 13. Alfredo is 25yo and recently moved to CT from FL. He has had animals, specifically dogs, all his life. Mai recently graduated from SCSU and is working Full-Time as a Pharmacy Tech but plans on continuing her education to become a OB/GYN Sonographer. Alfredo is currently employed Part-Time and this is why we are doing this together! If Mai is unavailable, Alfredo can step in so we can always be available for pet parents!🐾 We are happy to travel to you and care for your babies at your home even overnight if needed! We make sure your pets have sufficient water/food before leaving and as well as clean up any accidents that have happened in your home. We like to make sure your fur babies will be okay until you arrive! For overnight house sitting we require a meet-and-greet with you and your pets prior so you and your babies can get to know us and so we can cover any basics and questions you or we may have! About: Hello! My name is Shelby and I am a recent grad from Georgetown University! After years of volunteering at LaMancha animal rescue and dog walking / pet sitting on the Wag app, my favorite way to spend my spare time is with furry friends. I would love to meet some new fur babies on Rover!! I work from 8:00-4:30 every weekday, but my weekends are very open. I’m an early bird so I have no problem stopping by before work, and I have access to a car so I don’t mind a long(ish) journey :) I am comfortable crating dogs and attentive to feeding/medication details. As a pet lover, you bet I’m comfortable playing with and giving lots of belly rubs to your furbaby !

About: I have been housesitting, dog and cat sitting for about 15 years now as a side gig. I have several references and usually rely on word of mouth referrals. I am free most weekends and holidays, with some flexibility during the week for drop in visits. I live in the New Haven area but am willing to travel for gigs. I am happy to house-sit but am unable to bring pets into my home. I am good with animals of all types and have extensive experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages.

About: I have hands-on experience working on two different farms and Hamden CT’s brooksvale park (all throughout high school) , where I cared for a wide variety of animals, including everything from dogs&cats - cows & sheep . I’ve kept close contact with multiple repeat costumers I’ve built lasting friendships with house sitting/dog walking for. These experiences taught me how to read animal behavior, stay patient, and provide attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. In addition to pet and house sitting for friends and family, I grew up with four pit bulls in the house and learned how to care for them as pups aswell as in their old age. About: I’ve taken care of neighbors and family friends pets for years, along with my own pets. I also worked at two boarding kennels over the course of 5 years and I have been working as a veterinary assistant since May 2023. I also have experience with farm animals and small exotics, ie. reptiles, rabbits, etc. I currently work as a veterinary technician.
