About: I’ve had cats since I was 13 and have many years of hands-on experience caring for cats with different personalities and needs. I was able to help an older rescue cat become comfortable and affectionate over time, which taught me patience and how to build trust with shy or nervous cats. I currently have a tortie of my own, so I understand how important routines, playtime, and a calm environment are. I treat every cat like my own and make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away. I work full-time as a paraprofessional from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays and am currently earning my master’s degree in elementary education. I’m available for pet care visits in the late afternoons and evenings after 4:30 PM, as well as weekends and school breaks. For cat sitting, I’m happy to stay for extended visits and can sit with your cat while I complete my schoolwork so they have calm companionship and supervision while you’re away. My schedule is consistent and dependable, and I always prioritize keeping pets comfortable and on their normal routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their normal routines closely so they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I provide feeding, litter box care, playtime, and calm companionship during visits. As a paraprofessional and graduate student in elementary education, I’m responsible, patient, and attentive to details and instructions. I also communicate regularly with updates so owners feel confident their pets are safe, cared for, and relaxed.

About: I have hands-on experience working on two different farms and Hamden CT’s brooksvale park (all throughout high school) , where I cared for a wide variety of animals, including everything from dogs&cats - cows & sheep . I’ve kept close contact with multiple repeat costumers I’ve built lasting friendships with house sitting/dog walking for. These experiences taught me how to read animal behavior, stay patient, and provide attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. In addition to pet and house sitting for friends and family, I grew up with four pit bulls in the house and learned how to care for them as pups aswell as in their old age. I Have had smaller pets like hamsters and guinea pigs and currently have my own small dog with a big personality I love very much (side note I can take professional photos of your dog if you’d like) I recently graduated from art school(studying fashion design) and am currently looking for work related to my degree. In the meantime, dog/house sitting and walking fits into my open schedule I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I stay attentive to feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection (including belly rubs and treats if allowed!). About: I have had lots of different types of animal experiences since I was a child including always having a cat in the household and volunteering with animal shelters. My specialty is cats but I have a few years experience with sitting and walking dogs as well. I am always up for a new challenge and am very capable and adaptable. I have worked in many animal shelters, as well as managed a cat shelter, so I am very comfortable approaching all animals. I have a very flexible schedule because I run my own cat oriented business and make my own hours. My whole life is animals, so I love to fit them into my life as much as possible. I currently only offer services in my clients’ homes, and to ensure that their pets are always safe and secure, I am very on top of communication and checking in with my pet parents. I like to review all instructions together to make sure I don’t have any questions and know exactly what contacts are (vet, ER, friends) for emergencies. I always respect other people’s space and will leave things exactly as I left them, if not better. Letting someone into your home to take care of your fur family requires a lot of trust and I feel honored when someone allows me that privilege.

About: I absolutely love all types of dogs and cats! Ever since I was 10 years old I have not lived without a dog in my house. I am flexible with your pets needs from walking to running and biking or taking them to the dog park. I have experience with administering medicine orally or injections. I have a dog of my own (who currently lives out of state at the moment with my boyfriend) so I know the responsibilities of what it takes to be a great dog owner, he is large and high energy so I am not intimidated by dogs with tough personalities. I am very reliable and will respond usually very quickly to texts or calls thank you in advance for considering me to walk/watch your pet! I am currently working Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm so I am mostly available on weekends Friday-Sunday. I have an hour for lunch so I can also check on a pet then but it is not guaranteed. I treat your pets as though they are my own! I know how hard it can be to leave them so I make sure they feel like they are on vacation too by giving them walks, cuddles and permitted treats.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. I have experience taking care of cats and dogs. I’m a cat person myself, I have two sibling cats Bonnie and Clyde, but I love dogs just as much and will take care of all animals with love. My current work schedule is 11-4 Monday-Thursday, 11-8 Friday and Saturday, and I’m off Sundays. I am pretty flexible when it comes to animals. I always make pet safety my top priority by carefully following the owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, routines, and any special needs. In a client’s home, I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure at all times and keep pets in their normal routine. I also make sure fresh water is always available. I respect each client’s home, keep communication open, and send regular updates and photos so owners feel comfortable knowing their pet is being well cared for. If a pet seems nervous or shy, I stay patient and let them adjust at their own pace.
