About: Since I was a kid, I’ve had Guinea pigs, birds, cats, and now the dog mom to two wonderful dogs. Let me help ease your mind during days that are a bit hectic for you. Let me know your pets routine and I will take care of the rest. I look forward to meeting you! I currently work full-time with an hour lunch. I can take care of your pet during my break, after 5pm or anytime on weekends. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. I do my best to treat your pet as if it was my own and would like to keep the routine as normal as possible for them. Let me know if they have a favorite toy or a walking path they prefer.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, growing up with pets and continuing that today with animals of my own. That experience has helped me understand different personalities, energy levels, and the importance of consistency and routine—especially when it comes to dogs and their daily walks. As a full-time art teacher, I’m used to being dependable, attentive, and organized, and I bring that same level of responsibility to every walk. Whether your dog needs a quick outing or a longer walk to burn off energy, I’ll treat them with the same care, patience, and respect that I give my own pets, making sure they’re safe, happy, and well cared for. As a full time teacher, I am usually home by 3pm and off on the weekends. I am available for afternoon and evening care as well as weekends. During July and August my schedule is far more flexible and would be available at all times of the day, 7 days a week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, the goal is to keep their routine as normal, calm, and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, medication needs, and any specific habits or preferences the pet is used to. I treat every home with respect by keeping things clean, secure, and exactly as I found them. As a full-time art teacher, being responsible, organized, and trustworthy is a big part of my daily life, and I bring that same mindset into every pet sitting visit.

About: I have had dogs since I was a little kid, I have always had a love for animals. I am currently a professional dog trainer and work in a pet store dealing with a ton of different animals/reptiles daily. I am working to build a dog sitting/walking business and I am also studying to be a Vet Technician. My work schedule is very busy I work mostly afternoons which means I am available during the early morning/afternoon and for late nights/overnights. About: Hi, I’m Jessica. My love for animal care started in 2018 when my family rescued our dog, Chase, from a puppy mill in Pennsylvania. Helping him feel safe, understood, and confident pushed me to learn more about dog body language, temperament, leash behavior, and how to care for each dog based on their needs. I originally entered college as a pre-veterinary Animal Science major and gained hands-on experience with animals, including sheep. I also competed in UConn’s Little I competition and placed second. Later, I shifted toward human medicine and changed my major to Allied Health Sciences on the pre-med track, but my love for animals never left. I also worked as a kennel assistant, where I cared for pets in a boarding environment and learned how important routine, safety, patience, and clear instructions are. Dogs are my strongest area, but I also have experience with cats and small animals through feeding and basic care. For pets with more specific needs, I’m very willing to learn and follow your instructions carefully. Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know their routine, temperament, walking style, triggers, favorite activities, nervous habits, and how they do around other dogs, cats, strangers, children, loud noises, or new environments. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, reactive, slow to warm up, or just very particular, I’d rather know upfront so I can care for them safely and calmly. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, companionship, and basic routine reinforcement. I’m not a professional trainer, but I’m happy to follow the commands and routines you already use. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while giving you clear updates and peace of mind. My schedule is currently flexible, especially for drop-ins and walks. I’m usually available during morning, afternoon, and evening time blocks, and I do my best to plan visits in a way that gives each pet enough time, patience, and attention. I’m also happy to discuss your pet’s usual routine so I can keep things as consistent as possible while you’re away. In a client’s home, I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I pay attention to doors, gates, leashes, food instructions, litter areas, water bowls, and anything the owner tells me is important. I also like to know about each pet’s temperament, triggers, hiding spots, leash behavior, and comfort level with new people so I can keep the visit safe and calm. For walks, I make sure pets are securely leashed before leaving the home and avoid unnecessary interactions with unknown dogs or people unless the owner says otherwise. I’m patient with shy, nervous, excited, or slower-to-warm-up pets, and I’d rather move carefully than rush them. I’ll also send clear updates, so you know how your pet is doing.

About: I grew up with a yellow lab that I cared for throughout my childhood. I now have 2 amazing rescue labs Ellie and Bobby that get along really well with other dogs. About: I have taken care of dogs all sizes and different temperaments. We have 4 cats in my home currently! I love working with animals of all kinds- I’m hoping to go back to school for my vet tech certification soon! I have a flexible schedule and am available weekdays until the sun goes down! I am also available on weekends with advance notice. Boarding requests are preferred to be made at least 5 days before the start date! I am not able to host pets at my home but I will always be respectful in yours. If you request I can help with other task during boarding stays such as plant watering, retrieving the mail, or any other small household tasks!

About: I rescued my own dog from a shelter, and she required a lot of special training and patience. I worked with her on socialization, leash walking, and reducing pulling and barking around other dogs, and I have successfully helped her improve in all of these areas. Since she was a puppy when I adopted her, I also have experience with the patience, consistency, and care that younger dogs require. In addition, I care for a senior dog, so I am experienced in recognizing when a dog has reached their physical limit during walks and understanding how to adjust care based on their needs. Having experience with both younger and older dogs, as well as both large and small breeds, has taught me how to handle dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and training levels with confidence and care. I am currently in school but there are only three days a week I am completely booked with classes. My Mondays and Fridays and weekends are completely open and would love to spend my free time around more dogs! I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for pets while they are in my care. Since I live in an apartment, I make sure the space is pet-friendly, secure, and free of anything that could be harmful to animals. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, exercise, and any special instructions from the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely to help pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I prioritize safety during walks, monitor pets closely around other animals, and make sure they receive plenty of attention, patience, and affection.
