I’m currently on summer break from my teaching job. My schedule is very open and flexible to whatever you may need! I love going for walks and hikes and would love a buddy to come with me. I do not have any other pets or children living in my home. My complex is very safe to walk in and I have an awesome hiking trail right next to my place!

About: I’ve taken care of animals for my whole life. I have dogs and puppies of my own that I raised, even other types of animals. I have a huge gated backyard for dogs to run around in. I also take care of my moms cat when she’s not around. I’m currently working part-time as a delivery driver. On my free time I take care and play with my dogs making sure they get the exercise they need. I have a fenced yard so dogs have lots of space to run and play. I can work with animals of all sizes. “Laura was awesome! I highly recommend her as she is very conscience and caring towards the needs of all animals. She took great care of our elderly cat while we were away for an 8 day vacation. Laura went above and beyond to vacuum up litter, collect our mail, take out garbage and water plants that family members forgot to attend to. She also made sure the back yard visiting birds had plenty of fresh water. She provides 5 star service and care!”

“Overall, I would rate Lindsay as a good pet-sitter. Prior to our vacation, she was very timely in responding to my messages and she also modified the Rover.com charges to a very reasonable rate for her visits with our 2 cats. It was while we were gone that I felt she fell short. My first issue was with her inconsistency in providing updates on the visits - there was a photo and thorough recap on the 1st day, but on subsequent days there was less detail and on one day there was no update at all. My second issue was with the timing of her visits. I had made it very clear that it was important to check in during the early afternoon, but at least twice she didn't visit until the evening. My third issue was with attention to detail - I had left very specific notes about the cats' food/water/litter and it didn't seem that she had followed them. Lastly, my greatest concern was with the well-being of our female cat and her being bullied by the male cat in our absence. We came back to find that she had a facial injury and had urinated in a chair out of fear. All-in-all our pets were reasonably cared for, but I was definitely disappointed. Lindsay is a very nice girl and I'm sure she had the best intentions. I think the issues may have been due to lack of experience or perhaps I wasn't clear enough on stressing the importance of certain things. (To those reading this review, please note that I have very high expectations for the care of my pets and I think Lindsay is absolutely capable of meeting the needs of a less demanding client.)”

I have been a pet sitter for 4 years, providing exceptional care to the pets of neighbors, family, friends and clients. I’m okay with traveling the distance to your house to watch your pet as well as house sit if needed! I understand that animals feel most comfortable around familiar surroundings, and wouldn’t want to displace them. I’m very flexible, just let me know when I’d be needed. The environment will be your own home. Your pet will not feel displaced, and will remain comfortable in his or her own bed. I understand that familiarity is key when owners are away.

About: I have been care for my family dog's since 5 years old, I have walked and bath dogs and perivously own cats and taken care of them before. I work part time and also currently in college, I am available after 5 pm on the weekends and I am available all summer as I am back from school. I would care up on the pets frequently and note any unusual behavior to ask the client if that should help a concern or not. I would also walk and provide the meals for pet as needed during my free time. I personally don't have a residence in my area to house pets, but in a client home I would make sure they have the required meal and walk them as requested by the client. If the service is available I'm will the perform the same duties I would in client house and make changes based on client's request

About: I have owned cats and dogs my whole life and have done volunteer work at the New Milford Animal Welfare Society. I have also worked at a pet store where I was responsible for administering medications. I am highly experienced and knowledgeable in taking care of pets. I am very responsible and follow specific instructions for each pets individual needs. I know what they should eat (and NOT eat) and how to groom and bathe dogs. I do not own a dog currently because the size of my apartment. I however own 2 cats and care for family’s dogs. I frequent their homes often to give them walks, food, bushings and a friend! I can't wait to own a dog of my own again! Taking care of your cat or dog would be the best part of my day for me! I have an immense passion for animals and a vegetarian because of that reason. My wish is to have your dog or cat the happiest they can be amid your absence. I currently work part time but receive my work schedule 2 weeks in advance. I will be there for your pet as long as I don’t have to work my “real” job. My schedule Is mostly the same every week. I follow feeding instructions per owners instructions. I am physically fit so would run and play fetch with the dogs. I give lots of pets and would play with the cats until they take their cat nap!
