About: I rescued my own dog from a shelter, and she required a lot of special training and patience. I worked with her on socialization, leash walking, and reducing pulling and barking around other dogs, and I have successfully helped her improve in all of these areas. Since she was a puppy when I adopted her, I also have experience with the patience, consistency, and care that younger dogs require. In addition, I care for a senior dog, so I am experienced in recognizing when a dog has reached their physical limit during walks and understanding how to adjust care based on their needs. Having experience with both younger and older dogs, as well as both large and small breeds, has taught me how to handle dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and training levels with confidence and care. I am currently in school but there are only three days a week I am completely booked with classes. My Mondays and Fridays and weekends are completely open and would love to spend my free time around more dogs! I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for pets while they are in my care. Since I live in an apartment, I make sure the space is pet-friendly, secure, and free of anything that could be harmful to animals. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, exercise, and any special instructions from the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely to help pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I prioritize safety during walks, monitor pets closely around other animals, and make sure they receive plenty of attention, patience, and affection. I also provide updates and communication so owners feel reassured while their pets are in my care.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life, but started caring for them on my own since I was 10 years old. As I got older, I was around cats more and more, and now I have a great love for both pets!! My experience includes walks, potty breaks, playtime, overnighting with pets, senior care, and caring for high energy dogs. I often work on the weekends and Wednesday nights, but like to stay busy during the week. Staying busy mostly means being active and running errands. Pet care is a perfect opportunity for me to fill in the gaps! I will visit the pets as much as needed, feed them when advised to, pet them and play with them, and take them on nice, relaxing walks.

About: I try to take parts of Cesar Milan's strategy with dogs specifically. Trying to not reward bad behavior. Making sure a pet can respect my boundaries. Currently have a dog walking client at Winding Brook Condominiums in Meriden. I’m there twice a day for 30 minute walks and play. I bought some balls for her so she can play. Have videos and lots of photos. I work flexible hours as an independent contractor so I make my own schedule. I am building my pet care business so I am signing up for a drone pilots license for pet recovery. I am also working on upgrading my vehicle to a minivan. I am offering pet sitting in your home until that can change to my home. I am needing different things done to my home before I can bring pets to my house.

About: I’ve had pets of all kind since the age of 4 and taken love for them since. I’ve had about 5 dogs, 4 birds 3 red ear slider turtles, multiple fishes and 1 cat throughout. I work full time as a properties manager. But in my spare time I would like to walk some dog as i truest enjoy walks, sitting and a fun time. About: I’ve taken classes in animal science focusing from the smallest household pets to the biggest farm animals, you name it! About: I have had dogs for my entire life and am great with all animals. Growing up I walked my two Boston Terriers on a daily basis and helped out with my family's dogs when they were out of town. Over my summer vacation from college, I will be working my other part-time job three days a week, most likely Monday-Wednesday from 2-5:30. Aside from that, I will use all of my free time to dog walk and pet sit. At my house, we have a fenced-in backyard to ensure that our dogs will never escape. Any time I walk my dogs, I walk them on a leash and ensure that they are close to me, and I have a strong hold on their leash. The same thing goes for when I am walking anyone else's dog. When walking dogs, I stay highly attentive to my surroundings and prioritize each pet’s safety and well-being at all times

About: Hello Rover customers, I have taken care of pets since I was a child and have taken care of my family’s fur babies since my kids were small. I am currently left with my senior cat at home but would love to take great care of your beloved fur babies. I am currently self employed and work part time during the weekdays. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate as needed with enough notice! I have a fenced in yard for my animals if needed but I am very careful in customer’s homes and make sure to not leave without checking my surroundings first so no animals gets out the door.
