About: I currently volunteer at an animal shelter and love working with dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and demeanors! I also have some basic training experience through my dog trainer, who also specializes in service work and behavioral training. My personal dog, Toffee (basset hound!), lived to be 16, and my favorite time with her was the patient walks and TLC needed as she got older--happy to support your senior animals too:) A couple other tidbits: I have experience working with farm animals (chickens, ducks, goats, and alpacas!) and majored in Environmental Science in college. Looking forward to meeting your furry ones! I balance my full-time job (8:30-4) with pet care through Rover and at the animal shelter. I am happy to work with you to find good times (evenings and weekends included, depending on when). I prefer to meet or provide care at your home, but I also live in a very walkable neighborhood and have a dog park nearby. My house has a fenced-in yard and a sprinkler for the hotter days. While I do not currently have a crate in my personal vehicle, I am happy to get one if you are more comfortable. I also have close friends with dogs and cats if play dates are helpful too!

About: I love spending time with all types of dogs- big, small, old, young, lazy, energetic and everything in between. I recently moved back to Connecticut from Colorado and now have a more flexible job that allows me the opportunity to dog sit again. In the past, I’ve cared for dogs for Rover clients as well as friends’ and family members’ pets, and I’m comfortable walking, feeding, bathing, and administering medications as needed. I also love being outdoors and am happy to take your dog on walks or hikes if that’s something you’d like. I have experience training dogs, including my own two, and I understand how important it is to follow your dog’s routine and your expectations. I work Monday-Friday, with a flexible hour break for going to check on your pet midday if needed. My house is dog-friendly, with an unfenced backyard, and I always prioritize safety and supervision when outside. I do my best to keep each pet comfortable by maintaining their usual routines as closely as possible, while also offering opportunities for enrichment based on their personality and comfort level-whether that’s a walk, hike, visit to a family member’s home, or simply relaxing in a calm environment. I’m very mindful of each pet’s needs and cues, and I’m just as happy giving them space if that’s what helps them feel most at ease. When staying in a client’s home, I’m always respectful of your space and preferences, aiming to keep your pet’s routine consistent while caring for your home with the same level of attention and respect.

I have experience doing overnight stays, walks, and visits for both young and old dogs! I am a recent graduate looking for a job, so I currently have plenty of time to look after your pets! About: I started taking care of pets when we got a family dog when I was a kid. Since then, I help my mom with her pet-sitting business and have sat for her 3 dogs for a week+ at a time. I genuinely love taking care of dogs of all ages. I work a full-time job 7-3 M-F, and have afternoon pilot classes about twice a week, always scheduled in advance. Occasionally I go out of town for a weekend, again, scheduled well in advance. About: I've had dogs all of my life, and created such strong bonds with each one of them. I've always been someone my family and friends can turn to when they leave to care for their pets as I ensure they are not only taken care of, but comfortable and happy as well. Animals are so special to people and I will always drop everything to care for them. I'm completely free for the summer before I attend my first year of college in the fall. When I have classes, I plan to schedule pet care visits in my free time and days off as well. About: I absolutely love all types of dogs and cats! Ever since I was 10 years old I have not lived without a dog in my house. I am flexible with your pets needs from walking to running and biking or taking them to the dog park. I have experience with administering medicine orally or injections. I have a dog of my own (who currently lives out of state at the moment with my boyfriend) so I know the responsibilities of what it takes to be a great dog owner, he is large and high energy so I am not intimidated by dogs with tough personalities. I am very reliable and will respond usually very quickly to texts or calls thank you in advance for considering me to walk/watch your pet! I am currently working Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm so I am mostly available on weekends Friday-Sunday. I have an hour for lunch so I can also check on a pet then but it is not guaranteed. I treat your pets as though they are my own! I know how hard it can be to leave them so I make sure they feel like they are on vacation too by giving them walks, cuddles and permitted treats.

About: My first “job” was dog sitting when I was in first grade. I included snuggling them every night in my promise to owners, and to this day nothing has changed. I work at the children’s hospital as a pediatric audiology extern from 7:30 am-6 pm every day. I would love to dog walk on weekday evenings and I am available to pet sit and dog walk on weekends. Pets’ safety is always the number one priority. With me, your pet will never be unattended or in dangerous situations. I also value other people’s space and home.

My specialty is cats but I have a few years experience with sitting and walking dogs as well. I am always up for a new challenge and am very capable and adaptable. I currently only offer services in my clients’ homes, and to ensure that their pets are always safe and secure, I am very on top of communication and checking in with my pet parents. I like to review all instructions together to make sure I don’t have any questions and know exactly what contacts are (vet, ER, friends) for emergencies. I always respect other people’s space and will leave things exactly as I left them, if not better. Letting someone into your home to take care of your fur family requires a lot of trust and I feel honored when someone allows me that privilege.

About: Hello Rover customers, I have taken care of pets since I was a child and have taken care of my family’s fur babies since my kids were small. I am currently left with my senior cat at home but would love to take great care of your beloved fur babies. I am currently self employed and work part time during the weekdays. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate as needed with enough notice! I have a fenced in yard for my animals if needed but I am very careful in customer’s homes and make sure to not leave without checking my surroundings first so no animals gets out the door.

About: I worked for The FurKid company in New York City. There, I walked dogs, as well as provided overnight care for dogs and cats, which includes administering medication to the animals. I'm a teacher, so I am mostly available outside of the 7:30PM to 3:30PM window. I pour a lot of love into the animals I care for, no matter how much time I have with them! I have no pets of my own, so will be able to put all of my energy into yours! I unfortunately don't have a yard, but there is plenty of green space and a dog park in my apartment complex.

About: I have always had a love for dogs! I had an English bulldog and a golden retriever growing up and currently have another 10 year old English bulldog in the family that I help care for!
