About: I am a Marine and Army veteran with a passion for dogs. I love all dogs no matter what size they are. I’m a decent sized guy so hyperactive or stronger dogs are no problem for me. The more playful, the better. If your pet loves to run, I’ll run right along with them. If your pet is more inclined to be on the inside, I’ll be right there. I’ll take care of all needs. Please Note: Although I love all pets especially dogs, I’m unfortunately allergic to cats. My most available times are on the weekend but I am also available during the week and can fit almost any time into my schedule. I will provide your pet with all the attention they’ll need plus more. I will be able to take them on walks around your neighborhood, play games with them, feed them, and give them their needed bathroom breaks. The house rules you have established for them will be maintained at all times.

About: My love for my own pets inspired me to continue working with animals during college! With a major in psychology and a goal of working with therapy animals in the future, I love learning and growing as much as I can. I have multiple years of professional experience in animal shelters, and a therapy animal program! I'm hoping to spend more time gaining experience working with animals. About: I've raised and cared for several breeds of dogs, large and small for about 20 years. I am a true dog lover and I believe its important to connect with them. I am very attentive to their needs. Body rubs and ear scratches are unlimited. I have experience with special needs pups as well. I do have experience giving medications if needed. I once was a volunteer and foster parent with Yorkie 911 Rescue. I also have experience with very shy dogs and I have extreme patience. My home is quiet during most of the day for those pups who need total relaxation or for those senior pups who just prefers quiet. I also have experience grooming small dogs up to 15 pounds. Dog care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and can provide consistent supervision throughout the day. I can structure my day around the dogs’ needs, including feeding, potty breaks, playtime, walks, rest periods, and plenty of attention. I am comfortable maintaining a regular schedule and making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I can also provide additional supervision and care throughout the week based on each dog’s individual needs and routine. My balcony is a clean, secure, and dog-friendly space where dogs can safely enjoy fresh air and supervised outdoor time. It includes a designated potty area, enclosed with strong netting with chicken wire. along with comfortable cots and lounging furniture where dogs can relax, have fresh air and sun bathe, The balcony is located directly outside my home office, where I work, allowing me to keep a close eye on the dogs throughout the day. Dogs are never left unattended on the balcony. I also have cameras throughout the apartment for additional monitoring and pet gates closing off forbidden areas. The space is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards, providing small/medium dogs with a comfortable and secure area to relax, play, and get some fresh air.

“We left our 11 year old dachshund/beagle mix, Jane, with Garrett while we went on a two week vacation. We had never left her for that long and we concerned how it would affect her. Once we had a meet and greet with Garrett and his dog Archie, we were knew that he would treat her with special care and she would be happy. He lives in a great area for walking and the nearby park has places for the dogs to run and make friends. Jane got more exercise than she gets at home which she loves. It took one day for Jane to cuddle up with Garrett and follow him wherever he went. Since he works from home, he is with the dogs all day and takes them for lots of walks. We have a special food routine for her which he was happy to follow. It is obvious that Garrett loves dogs and understands that they are family members. He sent us frequent pictures and videos to keep us updated. We would definitely use Garrett for pet-sitting at his house again and would highly recommend him.”
