She was commmunicative and responsive the entire stay. My younger dog can struggle to warm up to new people, but she was incredible with him- he clearly liked her a lot. Heather was also flexible about changing the booking dates around so that I could spend more time with my dying parent. It meant the world to me to be able to spend an extra day at home. She also kept the apartment clean and tidy and even washed the sheets for me. I was so grateful and appreciative for Heather’s help with my dogs while I was away. She provided daily updates, was easy to get ahold of (not that that was needed- she had it covered), and really seemed to treat out home as if it were her own with everything as clean and put away as we left it . I always feel guilty taking him to boarding or dropping him off with family and it SHOWS by the time I pick him up, but today he was acting like we had never left.
